"Ik woonde onlangs in een middenklasse hotel dat over het algemeen fatsoenlijk was, maar niet te onthoudend was. De kamer was schoon en comfortabel genoeg voor een kort verblijf en het personeel was aardig tijdens de check-in. De kamers waren een beetje dun, dus het geluid van de nabijgelegen kamers kon in de nacht worden gehoord. Het ontbijt had beperkte keuzes, maar de locatie was comfortabel en dicht bij winkels en restaurants. Over het geheel genomen was het een gemiddelde ervaring aanvaardbaar voor de prijs, maar met ruimte voor verbetering."

"Nieuw en eenvoudig boutique hotel, gelegen in een nieuw bedrijfsgebied, Kangar Jaya. Er is een winkelcentrum in de buurt. Starbucks is net over de straat."

"Centrally located. We were on the eighth floor of an 11-story building, which offered great views. When I booked, only twin rooms were available, but they offered to switch us to a double when we checked in. The room was spacious, with a large, comfortable bed and four pillows. There was a lot of noise from the neighboring room (we shared a connecting door), you could literally hear every sneeze. Luckily, the neighbor checked out later, and the noise stopped. Breakfasts from 7 AM were good, with about 5-6 hot dishes, cereal, rice porridge with toppings, stewed meat, rice, and noodles. On the downside, there were very few power outlets in the room – only by the kettle and TV, and the one by the TV wasn't working (though credit to them, they sent someone to fix it right away). The internet setup was terrible; I had to connect my laptop and all devices through my husband's phone. The plumbing was old, and the bidet faucet was broken. When we asked about the local bus stop, they said there was one near the hotel. Good thing we didn't listen and still caught a bus from the actual stop. I wish the concierge staff were more informed about local transport."
