The overall location is in the center of Kona, and the transportation is convenient. I especially liked the waiter's attitude was good, that is, the hotel does not provide a kettle, only a coffee machine and a microwave oven, the elders may not adapt to live.

A typical American hotel, a 5 minute walk from the beach. Not the kind of hotel with its own beach, but with its own small outdoor swimming pool. Very close to the business district, near various shops, walking on the beach feels very good. The air-conditioning in the room is relatively old-fashioned and the sound is slightly louder, and it takes a while to fall asleep.

grand opening new boutique hotel in April 2023 and location at Central of Kona. The old name Kona seaside hotel. they are new renovation. You can shopping in your room. like sunscreen lotion, T shirt and beach tote bag...I love Complimentary daily Kona, Hawaii coffee at lobby and welcome drink at room. Partial ocean view must stay but may be need more private like partitions at balcony and shower water pressure. free Yoga in morning. staff is friendly and helpful.
