"Hospitality and service were good, but my room (6211) smelled of smoke even though I requested a non-smoking room, and there were even “no smoking” signs in the hallway and room itself. The staff couldn’t change my room for me because the hotel was fully booked that night, so she offered to spray some air freshener in the room. Sleeping in that room was almost unbearable but since I only had to stay 1 night, so I endured. There were a decent variety at the hotel breakfast, serving Chinese cuisine such as porridge, fried rice with a few side dishes, steamed buns, sweet potatoes, yoghurt, coffee and tea."

"Booked two rooms for my elderly parents and kids. They upgraded us for free, which was a nice surprise. The front desk staff were very friendly and even gave us an extra power card. The room had six bottles of water, which was great. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes by bike or electric scooter to all the attractions, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The beds weren't too soft, so we slept very comfortably. I also liked the motion-sensor light in the bathroom at night."

I felt nauseous and didn't sleep well all night because of the pungent smell."

The soundproofing in the room was excellent – the double-glazed windows completely blocked out outside noise, ensuring absolute quiet. The central air conditioning provided gentle, silent airflow, and the fresh air system kept the room feeling consistently fresh. The power outlets were thoughtfully placed and included both USB and Type-C charging ports, which was a very considerate touch. Even the minibar drinks were a nice extra. From the hardware to the soft touches, everything was impeccable. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!"

"Had a great stay. The location is easy to find, and the Impression Jinan shops nearby offer a truly authentic local experience. The room was clean and comfortable. It's not far from the attractions, and getting around by taxi or subway is very convenient. The service was excellent. Guest Relations Manager Lorna is very warm and thoughtful; she always arranges the room perfectly for us whenever we visit. They even promptly contacted me and mailed back an item I left behind in the room. It's really great. Jinan is a city where the bustling areas and the local, down-to-earth vibes are quite distinctly separated, with a strong sense of local life. Most importantly, the prices are very reasonable, with no obvious premium, which is fantastic. I'll definitely be back!"
