Excellent Hotel with great rooms. I especially enjoyed the indoor swimming pool (25m)!

Great hotel. Stay here every time I visit Jiangmen. Reception check in was not great. Found staff to be cold and unfriendly. Check out reception staff on the other hand were acceptable. No teaspoon in the room. Quite surprised. When asked for one, we received cheap plastic stirrer you expect at cheap coffee shops, not a hotel of this nature. Standard has gone down a little. However staff in the Hotel front foyer entrance are very polite and helpful. Reception staff should learn from them.
In all a pleasant stay.

Hotel concierge Niko service is very thoughtful Came to the door of the lobby and offered to help me with my luggage The equipment in the room is very complete The room is very clean and comfortable The decoration style inside is also very good I like it very much The room also has a desk It is too convenient when working The facilities are well equipped and the health is particularly good The service manager kk and kiki are good service Next time I will come to this hotel Again.

Probably the best hotel in Jiangmen today. But due to popularity, advisable to book early and bear with the check in/check out crowds.

First Class service each day of my stay. The food was excellent! The facilities were very clean and well maintained. The guest services team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
