Disappointing experience :
i am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at the hotel. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of my expectations, and i feel compelled to share my feedback. Firstly, upon arrival, i was dismayed by the lack of cleanliness in the lobby area. There were visible stains on the carpet, and the furniture looked worn and unkempt, giving off a poor first impression. Furthermore, the room itself was not up to standard. The linens appeared to be old and worn, and there were noticeable signs of neglect in the bathroom, such as mold in the grout and a lingering unpleasant odor. Additionally, i encountered issues with noise disturbances throughout my stay, which greatly impacted my ability to rest and relax. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, the problem persisted, indicating a lack of effective management and oversight. Overall, my experience at your hotel was disappointing and did not meet the standards i would expect from an establishment of your caliber. I hope that you will take this feedback constructively and make the necessary improvements to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests. Very disappointed
