Very nice hotel, the hotel itself have some ethnic elements, the room and bed is big and comfortable, and I really like that there is a personal outdoor balcony.
The breakfast is modest but you can order masala chai and omelet from the staff.
Other than that, the currency exchange rate here is nice. At least the best exchange rate I got for my India trip.

Met de trein komend van Agra en verder reizend naar Delhi hadden we 24 uur om Jaipur te verkennen vanuit dit mooie en aangename hotel, niet ver van het station. Ruime kamers, net sanitair, vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening, correcte geld wissel mogelijkheid, handige hulp bij het bezoeken van bezienswaardigheden samen met een aangenaam rooftop restaurant met lekker eten, maakten er een top verblijf van. Een aanrader.

Excellent hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Good rooftop restaurant. We were there two nights and have enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel offers different trips. We have made a one day trip to see the amber fort, monkey temple, wind palace etc.

Really nice hotel, kind, accommodating staff. Modern rooms, with all amenities and tv. Pretty close to Jaipur centre. Tuk tuks available for your doorstep. Would definitely stay again. Owner was really helpful and organised a taxi to pick us up on arrival in Jaipur.

I definitely recommend HR Palace for a comfortable stay in Jaipur. It is a well maintained hotel with clean, spacious rooms. I was unwell at the time, and the staff went out of their way to bring food and even go to the pharmacy. There is a great roof top terrace to enjoy a meal. Thanks again to all the staff at HR Palace. I hope to visit again.

I love this hotel. Kind and attentive staff, lovely room, well sized, nice bathroom. Great laundry service, well priced. I also feel the property is well priced in general. Lovely rooftop for breakfast lunch and dinner as you wish. Nice energy. The hotel ***ager and all the staff were great. But in particular when I arrived at the airport and realised I left my laptop, Narendra organised a taxi to bring my laptop and he came with it personally. What outstanding service. I’m so grateful for this experience and I would love to stay at Hotel H R Palace again in the future. Very highly recommended!

Staff were helpful and friendly, we had good food in restaurant. We stayed for 3 nights, the location was good for us as we wanted to be in Bani Park, however it it’s a busy street which may be noisy. Like ***y of the reviews, we found the rooms very grubby and cleaning was not up to standard! Features were nice, but things weren’t looked after well enough. The phone in our room had years worth of dust on it. Bath mats, towels and bedding felt 5 years too old and needed to be replaced. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Good service, clean room, very helpful staff, the hotel H R Palace is one of the in Jaipur city, a good property, I have all kinds of facilities, from room, restaurant preparation, ancillary services of pickup and drop all the facilities are excellent.

Me and my brother stayed at hotel HR Palace from 21st to 24th Dec. The hotel is at a prime location as it is just ~1 km from Railway and Metro station. You will find all the basic things like conveyance, market and good restaurants in that locality. Our stay started with a very positive note as on our request they gave us early check-in (8 am), that saved us a lot of time. Rooms were big, staff was polite and helpful and their rooftop restaurant and it's food was also very nice. Only improvement that I can say is that they can add few more options in their breakfast buffet as it has very limited options as of now. Overall a very good experience that too at very affordable price.
