Dev Mahal - A Boutique Heritage Hotel

The staff is very good. Comfortable stay with good size rooms. Well decorated rooms and lobby... Great food especially breakfast buffet... Lot of options like fruits, salads, eggs, chicken, aloo Puri, Paratha, vegetable cheela, spinach idli and ***y more.

Good stay, service and food. The connectivity is good as it is in the centre of the city, so if you want to visit old city and new city, location wise it is convenient. Food is good and cuisines can have additional local delicacies. I liked the vibe of the hotel.

What a superb find. An incredible boutique hotel with 5 star service and ambiance.. The decor is stunning, staff are wonderful and the food is amazing. You will not find a better priced boutique hotel for such good value. What a treat it was to stay here, highly recommended. 10/10. Oh and the mattress and pillows as previously mentioned are superb. :-)

Their pics on the internet are highly deceptive. Please do no go on the pictures put up by them...and the reviews are surely paid reviews as the food was also not good. We had booked for 2 nights but checked out the next day. They had taken the full money and did not even refund our money too. A suggestion to all not to book on line at all specially this place.

We had a great few days staying at the Dev Mahal and exploring Jaipur. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful, particularly in the restaurant. The food at the restaurant was amazing, and we ended up eating there multiple times - the paneer tikka was particularly tasty. The only downsides were the location, being a bit away from the old city and wifi in the room was inconsistent. But these were minor issues and overall we’d definitely recommend!

Beautiful hotel but super noisy so hard to sleep - you can hear everything! Also no natural light in the room which was ok but odd…

What can I say, just wow! This was by far the most amazing place we stayed in during our trip to India. No review can do it justice until you experience for yourself. The most gorgeously decorated heritage boutique hotel in Jaipur. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the bathrooms were an extremely high standard, something which we hadn't experienced anywhere else in our travels in India. The highlight for us was the dining area and food. The breakfast included in our nightly rate was delicious! There was a full range to choose from and egg dishes were cooked fresh, including the most amazing french omelette i've ever had! As for the dinner on offer, we were lost for words. Exquisite food presented so beautifully. Coming from London, it was the equivalent of some of the most prestigious restaurants you would find, for an incredibly low price which meant all could enjoy the experience! The chef even came down to say hello after our meal which was a hugely personal touch. All members of staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. As for the dining area, being a heritage property it felt like we were dining al fresco whilst being inside. The open windows were beautiful and we loved being able to see the hustle and bustle of the outside. The only feedback we have as it is a fairly new establishment, is we would have liked a hairdryer in the room and for the toiletries to be replenished. The music in the restaurant in the evenings was also a little too loud and as our room was opposite we could hear it quite loudly, which for us wasn't a huge problem as we fell asleep with no trouble, but for a light sleeper it would be. I could not speak more highly of this place and we will remember our time here fondly! Thank you Dev Mahal for the most amazing stay.

Dev Mahal is an amazing hotel that focusses on customer care. The employees made every effort to make my wife and my stay comfortable. They were all very accommodating in our requests and very helpful when it came to even getting my wife’s footwear fixed from a local cobbler. I will recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Jaipur and I will definitely return to Dev Mahal when I come to Jaipur.
