Come comunicato già al direttore dell'Hotel, la pulizia della stanza e del bagno non è stato sufficiente. Ho dovuto comunicare che il bagno non è stato pulito e neanche la stanza. Sono state sistemate solamente le lenzuola. Mi dispiace comunicare tutto ciò poichè non ho mai avuto problemi con la struttura, tranne solo per la pulizia. Personale sempre gentile e cordiale.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Facilitated an early checkin, and late check-out to accommodate work plans. The hotel is well located close to Ischia Porto, and has clearly been re-decorated recently, with a fresh pain feel. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Clean room. No working AC. Room is close to 90 degrees and incredibly unsafe for dehydration. Basically ruined trip to ischia because we’re too sick to do anything after trying to sleep in the room

Premetto che questo hotel non l’ho scelto io ma facevo parte di un gruppo. Struttura datata che avrebbe bisogno di ristrutturazione e valorizzazione. Ottima la posizione centrale. Mi dispiace per chi lavora lì dentro e ci mette tutto l’impegno ma il titolare e le altre persone che ho trovato in reception sono la nota negativa di questo hotel. Senza parole veramente…

unica nota positiva il personale di sala e bar, sono ospitali e cortesi, molto attenti ai clienti. Al contrario dal direttore a tutto il personale di ricevimento ha un atteggiamento scostante, a segnalare che la tua presenza è di enorme fastidio. Le camere sono vecchissime, i bagni impresentabili, l'hotel puzza di vecchio, così come la vasca idromassaggio jacuzzi, che credo non la puliscano mai. Hotel da sconsigliare, conosco Ischia molto bene e vi assicuro che ci sono hotel di pari categoria, anche ad un costo inferiore che offrono servizi superiori e odorano di pulito.....

Scegliamo questo hotel per la sua posizione centrale ad Ischia Porto, nonostante sia un hotel molto vecchio le camere sono abbastanza ristrutturate, accoglienti e pulite. Prenotiamo mezza pensione, la cena è abbastanza buona con portate da scegliere il giorno prima tra due primi e due secondi, devi scegliere anche se prendere la frutta o il dolce (mah...) Le bevande sono a parte di cui anche l' acqua... ( Assurdo...) colazione buona e abbondante anche se i cornetti sono congelati, le torte molto buone, macchinetta del caffè che eroga un buon cappuccino. Area bar molto datata con divanetti vecchi e malconci. La cosa più fatiscente è l'area giardino in cui sedie ed ombrelloni sono buttati alla rinfusa, area sporca ed abbandonata in cui si trova una vasca idromassaggio molto pubblicizzata ma non so se mai l' abbiano messa in funzione almeno quest' anno in quanto sporca di terreno, sabbia , foglie , e non ho mai visto nessuno pulirla o mettere in ordine, insomma area Jacuzzi un servizio descritto ma non pervenuto. A finale c'è molto di meglio ad Ischia

Hotel da 0 spaccato sporco fatiscente e puzzolente proprietario antipatico superbo, non consigliabile, di notte si sentono rumori fastidiosi che non si sa cosa e in poche parole esperienza da incubo sono dovuto andare via subito per fortuna abbiamo trovato posto non ci ha voluto nemmeno dare i soldi indietro
