Our room had a balcony and looked out over the 2 pools, and had a sea view. The room was less equipped than we are used to. The mini bar was either locked or jammed shut. The air conditioning was similar to an asthmatic mouse blowing through a straw, there was no kettle or drinks making facilities, and dated 70s decor . The shower worked well. The room was large and clean. The few plugs were type C two pin. The waiting staff in the restaurant were excellent, English is not one of the most used languages in the hotel,so get used to the words you will need. Mostly German and Italian. It says it’s a no smoking hotel with no pets, we saw both pets and smokers. Would I go again, (I may not be welcome after this review) would I recommend, maybe.

The hotel is designed to allow solo and communal gatherings with your friends, family or fellow hotel goers. The pools are immaculate as are the public facilities. Staff throughout are exceptional. Rooms were good, had a hallway area to house the cases and very good sized balconies. The hotel guests are mainly over 60 and from Italy & Germany, with a few English speakers. Regardless of the language barriers and in my case being one of the youngest guests, it was a lovely stay! The hotel is also perfectly situated, on the sea front and walk to all attractions and transport. Highly recommend!

Great hotel on Ischia. Lovely swimming pools and spa. Excellent dining options. Bad internet. like really bad ;)

We stayed here during a family holiday. It is a perfect location between ischia porto and ponte. The hotel facilities are great and it was always spotless. The pools are lovely. In the morning the pool is in the shade which is perfect as it always the kids the play without the risk of being burnt by the sun. The best thing was that it felt very italian not british!

Ottima posizione, Hotel proprio sul mare. La camera era molto bella con un bellissimo terrazzo, oltretutto era sempre pulita nel minimo dettaglio. Grazie di cuore alla sig.ra Restituta per la cordialità e gentilezza e a tutto lo staff pronti a soddisfare ogni tipo di richiesta. Un grazie particolare al cameriere sig. Luigi, veloce nel servirti e soprattutto per la sua simpatia. La cucina ogni giorno qualcosa di diverso e buono da mangiare.. Le terme piccole ma graziose ti offrono relax garantito. Abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana, peccato che il tempo non sia stato clemente . Grazie . Vittoria Malattia e Mario Rozza

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel il ponte di Pasqua . Tutto perfetto personale gentilissimo e preparato in quasi tutti i reparti . L unico reparto dove abbiamo riscontrato tanti problemi è stato quello termale con la segretaria che non ha inserito gli appuntamenti.La fortuna di quel reparto è avere due massaggiatrici brave che ci hanno fatto dimenticare l attesa.

Siamo un gruppo di Bergamaschi e abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo per quasi una settimana. Cucina ottima . Camerieri gentilissimi e professionali. Servizio camere eccellente . Ricevimento ,personale gentile e professionale. Terme … unico neo delle terme l incompetenza della segreteria. Abbiamo avuto problemi per la prenotazione di cure termali dei massaggi e infine anche per il pagamento . La signora aveva difficoltà anche a fare i conti. Ci vorrebbe una persona più esperta . Medico eccellente . Visita con cura ed è molto professionale e attento . Marcello il signore che mette il fango è molto professionale , gentile e simpatico. Erminia la massaggiatrice è rimasta nel nostro cuore . Ha una preparazione mai vista a Ischia e di alberghi né abbiamo girato tanti . Oltre ad essere bravissima nel suo lavoro è gentilissima e simpaticissima . Il prossimo anno ritorneremo in questo albergo perché ci siamo trovati benissimo . Speriamo in un miglioramento per quanto riguarda la prenotazione delle cure . Perche per il resto siamo stati tutti più che soddisfatti.

Ho soggiornato con un amica tutto perfetto. Gentilezza esemplare di tutto il personale , pulizia top, cucina abbondante e di alta qualità, piscine meravigliose, posizione ottima vicino a Ischia Ponte e Ischia centro . Un vero paradiso grazie di cuore ❤️

Ci sono solo 5 stelle altrimenti ne avrei date molte di più. Siamo stati questo weekand e devo dire prezzo qualità ottimo 49€ in mezza pensione veramente un ottimo prezzo per Ischia veramente é un prezzo super.sono stata in tanti altri hotel ma questo ve lo straconsiglio si trova direttamente sul mare e si trova a 20 minuti sia dal porto e da Ischia ponte posizione ottima. Tutto il personale e di una gentilezza unica e professionale sabato la sala pranzo era stracolma il personale è sempre stato attento e veloce .l hotel é super pulito e il ristorante é soddisfacente. Colazione abbondante sia dolce che salato,sia il pranzo che la cena erano sempre ricchi e i prodotti freschi.ve lo consiglio vivamente io ci ritorno di sicuro perché merita tanto la struttura e soprattutto il personale.
