De kamer was mooi en modern, het ontbijt buffet was prima. Daarmee is alles gezegd. Tijdens het douchen werd het water plots enorm heet of koud als er iemand anders water gebruikte , het avondeten was niet slecht maar nooit warm, telkens lauw, de vloer in het restaurant is tijdens ons verblijf (5 dagen) nooit gekuist geweest, meerdere malen was het servies niet proper afgewassen , de discotheek onder het hotel zorgde voor gedreun in de slaapkamer 's nachts , en zou nog verder kunnen lijsten .. slechtste hotel in Ischgl waar ik ooit geweest ben, nooit meer

Amateuristisch hotel, loopt amper personeel rond, en als ze rondlopen staan ze niet waar ze moeten staan. Roomservice, was er niet. Toen ik 1malig vroeg of het avondeten op de kamer gebracht kon worden waren ze dit eveneens vergeten, dus geen avondeten gekregen,erachter informeren en bellen ging ook niet want ze namen in geen 1 departement de telefoon op. Ook ontbijt was een tegenvaller,desondanks we als 1ste gingen ontbijten waren de eieren en spek al koud ,gekookte eieren waren amper gekookt. Mits de perfecte ligging is dit zeer jammer dat hier niet wat meer beleid achter zit

My room was a sanctuary of tranquility, boasting breathtaking views and plush amenities. Dining at the hotel's restaurant was a culinary delight, with delectable dishes that tantalized my taste buds. Overall, my stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and I can't wait to return to this haven of hospitality."

Fantastic staff and service, top quality food and accommodation and all in all a great experience! From the hotel rooms, to the restaurant and the night life offered- always pleasantly surprised! May have been my first visit now but definitely not my last!

We stayed at the Madlein for the second time in 6 months. We are always welcomed and treated so well. My niece was greeted with an Easter bunny and chocolates. My dad and his girlfriend both had birthdays during the stay and they were treated to cake and gifts. Honestly could not recommend this hotel enough. The Simpson Family

Wonderful hotel, so welcoming and friendly. The hotel is luxurious and cosy. The breakfasts are absolutely fantastic as were all the evening meals. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. Lovely Madlein even left a gift in my room for my birthday. I had the best time in this gorgeous family run hotel.

Spent a night there and ate dinner in the restaurant. There were several problems: The bar smells of stale nicotine The quality of food in the restaurant was mediocre (main course was tepid) They charge 12 euros for a 2 euro bottle of water The disco is noisy in the bedrooms and does not close until 5 30 am
