However, even though I requested a non-smoking room, the room already smelled of cigarettes, which was unpleasant. Aside from that, the staff were friendly and there were no inconveniences. If you're only staying for a short period, this is a cost-effective option."

"Upon arrival, I checked the room and found the bathtub was very dirty. Therefore, I requested a room change at the front desk, and they readily agreed and changed me to a different room. When I arrived at the airport, I called the hotel, and they came to pick me up. Also, when I went to the airport, even though it was early in the morning at 5 AM, they provided transportation to the airport. The shower water pressure and hairdryer power were both strong, making for a very comfortable stay. The amenities only included shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body cream; there were no toothbrushes or combs. There was a microwave, so I was able to warm up the cookies I received at check-in and enjoy them! There was a Denny's nearby, where I was able to have dinner."

"Goed over het algemeen, het hotel biedt shuttle bus (ophalen en vallen) service maar je moet bellen om het te reserveren. Rente is goed, maar kan beter zijn. Ontbijt is klein en fatsoenlijk en opent alleen om 7 uur, je zal het missen als je een vroege vlucht hebt. De kamer is erg groot, dus het is een goede keuze als je op zoek bent naar een hotel voor een lange layout op Dallas Airport."

"Er was geen gratis shuttle service dicht bij middernacht toen ik aankwam Het motel zou deze service beschikbaar moeten hebben zelfs zonder telefoon service zoals bij de boeking. Het kostte me $63.50 Amerikaanse dollar voor de taxirijd van de luchthaven naar Motel. De voorkant-desk-assistent sliep toen ik aankwam. Geen persoon op voorkant-desk. Ik moest de deurbell bellen. Het motel staat 24 uur voorkant-desk service. De kamer was groot, maar de douche moet het water overvloedig op de vloer met een afval. Ik moest het water met handdoeken opspoelen. De dienst van de morgenshuttle was vol met een secundaire stop in een ander motel. De chauffeur vroeg niet om tips op de luchthaven. Het is aan de klant om tips te verstrekken als de service goed was."
