"Happy to *highly* recommend this lovely Inn in Ipswich, where we were visiting for a nearby wedding. The recent renovation is truly impressive-- great attention to detail and simply beautiful design choices in this historic home. They're wrapping up the (minimal) remaining construction and were completely clear in communicating with us in every way via text. Delicious restaurant next door for amazing brunch. I think we'll be back..."

"When it was time for us to turn in we realized that there weren’t any sheets for the pullout sofa. I texted the “24/7 support” number (and called too but got voicemail). Forty-five minutes later I got a text telling me “I completely understand how important this is and how frustrating it must be. I've checked in with the team, and unfortunately, we aren't able to provide any extra sheets tonight.” Hard to understand why something as simple as a missing set of sheets couldn’t be remedied quickly. So don’t rely on the inn’s claim that “If you need in person assistance we'll always be able to dispatch a member of our housekeeping team.”"
