The hotel is on the beach, just 2.5 km from Pontal de Cupé and 4 km from the center of Porto. The room was large with a King size bed and a girl bed, light tables, long desk, 2 chairs, a good size cable TV and a freezer with several bottles of water at cost. We don't take water because the cost as it happens in hotels is very expensive, 6 real a 330 ml bottle when in the super was 1.50 the 500 ml bottle. The room was very comfortable and very comfortable. I told the reception but they never fit it. The lights are dressed as one walks. But as ours did not stick that area was always dark. Food is good. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. The buffet dinner was a buffet option for choosing chicken, meat and fish, some salads, sauce fideos, rice, soups and something else. A minha experiência está sendo péssima. A recepção do local é boa porém as acomodações são ruins. Não é realizado a limpeza do local. Ao chegar para dormir encontrei o quarto com muita sujeira, cabelo e sangue nos lençóis da cama, bichinhos e sujeira na parede, muita sujeira nas cortinas, enfim. Estava podre... banheiro não dava pra atomar banho, escovar o dentes, tive que escovar escovar eólicos fechados, porque se não eu iria vomitar de tão podre o banheiro.. as paredes sujar, suja èpouco, podreeeeeeeee , sujeira grossa.. A vigilância sanitária teria que fechar esse ambiente, pior que não è barato a estadias não.. reservei 4 dias , foram.quatro dias perdidos, porque não xonsegui fixar uma noite.. fui no mercado co.pra remédio pra.matar os bichos, e nem.com.o remédio, negócio tinha q limpar, mais me programei para minhas férias, não pr a faxina em.um.ambiente q paguei pra ficar acomodada.. absurdo.. antecipei minha permanência essa pousada, porque a situação era precária mesmo.. alô vigilância sanitária, ambientes assim ainda mais com a pandemiado covid 19. Enfim antecipei minha saída, fui para outro hotel, e gastei o q não podia,maisali i.possivel ficar, nem pra dormir.. eu quero meu dinheiro de voltar.. segue algumas fotos em anexo.. não coloquei todas porque não sabe. Mais até o rapaz teve q arrombar a porta.. pq saímos pra tomar café, qdo voltamos a porta emperrou
