This home is located in a small, private, very clean and very peaceful condominium community only a short 10 minute walk away from the nearest beach access to the beautiful Kitty Hawk beaches. The property is an end unit with a spacious side yard and back yard for outside games, other forms of enjoyment or just pure relaxation. As you walk inside the front door, you will find a compete kitchen with everything you need to prepare and serve meals, a dining area with a beautiful table and 6 chairs, a half bath, a compact washer and dryer and a very comfortable lounging area with a 55" TV ready to stream all of your favorite movies.
