Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

整體環境還可以，屬於安靜型度假酒店。 酒店有些年份了，但維護得還不錯，公共區域和房間狀態都在可接受範圍內。 這裏本質上是高爾夫度假酒店，整體氛圍和客人結構都圍繞高爾夫展開，如果對高爾夫感興趣，可以順便來打球。 用餐基本都在酒店內解決，周邊幾乎沒有商業，不太適合想頻繁外出或逛街的行程。 整體節奏偏慢、偏封閉，更適合安靜度假或打球。

This is a fantastic property for families. It is truly an all inclusive resort with fantastic rooms, food options, facilities and in room amenities. The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc.). On site breakfast was also great with two options - both showcasing Okinawa delicacies with great quality. The on site shop also sells almost every major Okinawan specialty along with convenience store necessities.

1. 便利的自助設施：    · 交通與生活： 大量泊車位置對自駕遊客極其友好。    · 烹飪自由： 配有電磁爐，方便自行煮食，適合家庭或長住。    · 洗衣便捷： 洗衣機、乾衣機及充足的晾衫位置，一應俱全，解決了長途旅行的洗衣需求。 2. 私密與自主的入住模式：    · 全程自助Check-in，無需與前臺頻繁接觸，提供了不受打擾的環境。    · 連續入住無人執房 保證了私密性，適合不喜歡外人進出房間的旅客。 缺點 1.  備品不足： 入住期間不夠沐浴露，需要自行處理是主要服務缺項，影響入住體驗。 2. 退房規定嚴格：    · 退房要在10點前完成 時間較早，且「延遲退房要額外付費」，缺乏彈性。 3. 入住程序稍顯繁瑣：    · 需視像職員確認入住人蚊雖是管理需要，但屋企人覺得不夠便捷。 綜合評價與建議 此住宿更適合預算型旅客、長期住宿者、自駕家庭或一群朋友，他們能充分利用廚衛設施，且不介意自助服務。 不推薦給： 追求舒適服務、每日清潔、以及擁有溫泉等休閒設施的傳統度假者。

Very clean and tidy house, there is everything you need both kitchen utensils and laundry. Easy to access, smooth CHK in and CHK out. Definitely come here again if we have a chance.

Dit was mijn t****e verblijf. Deze keer omdat mijn zoons aan het golfen waren. Het ontbijt was beschikbaar vanaf 6 uur 's ochtends, wat handig was voor de vroege ochtenden. De kamer had ook een bar, zodat ik 's avonds op de kamer kon drinken. Het gebouw voelde oud aan, maar de elegante sfeer die ik voelde op het uitgestrekte terrein was een mooie herinnering.

［珊瑚島］位置雖然遠離名護市中心，但位置坐落於主要道路旁方便易找，而且附設泊車位，每套獨立旅館有不同的室內間隔，非常實用。今次選了2房雙人床的間隔，室內空間感極舒適，全屋採光自然，每個角落也能看到戶外環境，從正門簡潔的石系多肉植物小花園以至室內外的花果樹綠化甚至連浴室浴缸旁也型造一個賞葉植物的天井花園，這都是經過精心設計安排。 全屋內部以柔和的白色、灰色設計，大至客廳睡房廚房廁所的裝修、小至餐具浴巾配套的細微環節也是同一色系，看得出來都是用心誠意之作。 廚房爐具齊全清潔方便（竟然還有紅酒杯）；洗衣機乾衣機靜音、不得不說感應式水龍頭和浴室花灑出水系統都是份外驚喜。每間旅館獨立的小花園種有大紅花和蜜柑相隔確保私人空間還附設保安系統，朝早看到滿園蝴蝶翩翩起舞、晚上看到夜空星河，加上室外倘大的按摩浴池⋯⋯提升了整體住宿的層次，不得不說是一個非常舒適的住宿體驗。 另一方面，Online Check in簡便，而且還備料附近的觀光旅遊小册子，隣近又有便利店和紅樹林步道；旅程結束退房還遇到親切有禮的服務員，她更準備了一包不同口味的曲奇給我們餞別，深深感受到當地人文化及這次非一般民宿禮遇！絕對值得推薦和給予10星好評！！

It’s more of a apartment than a hotel, so don’t expect room service. The reception has only one person, an old man that is probably the owner, you need to call when you arrive, but he is usually at the back of the entrance. It has a lot of cats around, but don’t feed, someone else is taking care of them

ที่พักสะดวกสบาย พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี ด้านล่างมีbar สำหรับดื่ม และมื้ออาหาร แต่ไม่เสียงดัง หรือวุ่นวาย แต่พรมโถงทางเดินหน้ามีกลิ่นแรงมาก แต่กลิ่นไม่ได้เข้ามาในห้องพัก

We booked our room in the main building but eventually they offered us a room in another building. Still nice sea view but the balcony is not as nice as the one we originally booked. Also it’s far from the main hotel beach area. Anyway the weather was not so good so we couldn’t really go to the beach. What a pity because the hotel has a pretty nice beach area.
