The services was really good and Pravat at the front desk was really good. He made sure the services is given whenever needed. Want to highlight one thing since I had to leave early in morning from Indore to Khandwa and Pravat was there who helped me arrange some fruits and sprouts in the morning which delighted me and I really appreciate that he went beyond his work to help me getting what I needed. Overall staff were good and always ready to help. Would always recommend Ginger to all my friends and family.

Ajay and Arvind were the members of cleaning staff. They were punctual , professional and paid great attention to detail . Every corner of my room sparkled after they clean my room. Communication was seamless, and they were open to feedback.
