The environment is beautiful, leaning on the foot of the sulfur mountain, very beautiful, the hotel is a bit old but does not affect its beauty! The service is particularly good, but the parking charge is a bit unreasonable! And breakfast is not included. Breakfast in the restaurant is quite expensive. Because of the epidemic, the waiter sent the room directly to the room, which is convenient! very good!

Staff are not very attentive as far as I'm concerned, we stayed here in Sept 2022 we booked a two bedroom condo for 4 adults. The condos are not airconditioned !! It would have been nice to know this prior to booking as it was 33 degrees that Sept long weekend and it was very hot in the bedrooms making it for a uncomfortable sleep to say the least. The beds were comfortable, clean sheets and lots of pillows which was nice , however very outdated condo itself, run down and old as far as the cost goes it was $1200 for two nights which I feel was a complete rip off !!! Was it a good value for the money? Absolutely NOT!!!!! The pool and hot tubs looked disgustingly filthy and run down as well. They did have fans in the room but inadequate for the bedrooms not impressed when you pay $600 a night I feel they could do some renovations to the entire facility!! I was extremely disappointed with this so called resort. The coffee machine in the room was a complete piece of crap I had to hold the pot up to the plastic dispensing valve on the bottom where the coffee comes out because it would not dispense the coffee into the pot. They claim this is a 3 star resort ! Far from it maybe 1 star at the most. I would not recommend staying at this ”resort” unless you like getting ripped off !! This place is in dire need of renovations I've stayed in a lot of resorts and this place needs a major overhaul TERRIBLE VALUE for the money you pay, front desk staff do the minimum to accommodate their guests I cannot stress enough what a complete RIP OFF !!!!! this place is I would NOT! ever recommend staying here!! I cannot believe this place has any good reviews they are probably fake ! Go somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE! Furniture and carpets look like they are from the early 70's

I have booked several nights accomodation for this trip so I can never really remember what I am getting until I arrive, so this was a really nice surpise ! The chap on reception was helpful and informative about things, the cabin was very nice as was the whole area. I had dinner and breakfast at the bistro, the food was nice but service was slow, on both occasions it was almost like the staff were surprised to see you there wanting to order food. Did a nice hike to the waterfalls after the crowds had gone. If I am ever back in this part of the world I would come here again and would recommend it to others.

Just on the roadside of Icefield Avenue, the room is a small wooden house, the wind is so big, there are three restaurants, we chose the buffet for dinner, it seems that there is more than 30 people, and children under 12 years old seem to be 14@:@, cost-effective, the room is not Big, clean beds, small toilets. The gas station here is expensive. It is recommended not to add so much, it is not so expensive to add to the small town.

The room is slightly small, but the location is excellent, near Lake Louise, about 5 minutes walk. You can park your car in the hotel, it feels closer than the public parking lot. The hotel has a free hot tube, which is not large and it is not open for long. The hotel's public area is very large. There are bridge rooms. If the room is small, there can be a lot of places to sit, eat, drink, and read books, cards, and chat. There is also a fireplace, which is very warm.

We stayed at the Mountaineer Lodge for 6 nights in April and we loved it! From the moment we got there we felt very welcomed and at home. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a recently renovated room in the main lodge and it was very clean and spacious. We liked the modern decor and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. There was lots of room to dry our ski gear after a day on the slopes. The bathroom was nice and clean and also a good size. Breakfast is included and it is excellent- there was always a good variety of hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and waffles/pancakes as well as breads, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The staff was very good at keeping all of the items stocked up, if something ran out more was put out right away. We have found this is sometimes a problem at other hotels but not here. We really appreciated the great service. And the breakfast room is quite large and has lots of tables so we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. The hot tub is a great size and it was never too busy to have a nice apres-ski soak. We used it every day! There is also a free shuttle that picked us up right at the front door of the hotel and dropped us off at the main lodge at the Lake Louise Ski Resort. We used it every time we went skiing. The bus was always on time and the Mountaineer is the last pick up so it is a very short ride to the hill. So much nicer than trying to find a place to park and having to carry your gear across the parking lot. There are several pick up and drop off times which we found to be very convenient. Overall we feel that this is a fantastic place to stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel!

Louis Lake's most cost-effective accommodation, I was fortunate enough to book more than three months in advance, and soon I was full, happy! Set 5 beds, and finally gave a loft upstairs big bed, downstairs four beds can sleep at least 6 people. The disadvantage is that the area is slightly smaller and the luggage is a bit too open. The spacious and bright kitchen utensils in the common kitchen are very full, and the oil and salt seasonings need to be prepared. The Chinese food at Lake Louise is very expensive, and the price of the supermarket is much more expensive than Banff (there are very few types of vegetables). If you want to start a business, it is best to replenish it in Calgary and other places. There are public washing machines and clothes dryers, all of which are 2 knives and one bucket. The location is good, just a short walk from the supermarket restaurant. The Youth Hostel did not try it. It is said that the reputation is good. At night, many people are waiting in line.

It was a very enjoyable stay!

The room is slightly small, but the location is excellent, near Lake Louise, about 5 minutes walk. You can park your car in the hotel, it feels closer than the public parking lot. The hotel has a free hot tube, which is not large and it is not open for long. The hotel's public area is very large. There are bridge rooms. If the room is small, there can be a lot of places to sit, eat, drink, and read books, cards, and chat. There is also a fireplace, which is very warm.

Louis Lake's most cost-effective accommodation, I was fortunate enough to book more than three months in advance, and soon I was full, happy! Set 5 beds, and finally gave a loft upstairs big bed, downstairs four beds can sleep at least 6 people. The disadvantage is that the area is slightly smaller and the luggage is a bit too open. The spacious and bright kitchen utensils in the common kitchen are very full, and the oil and salt seasonings need to be prepared. The Chinese food at Lake Louise is very expensive, and the price of the supermarket is much more expensive than Banff (there are very few types of vegetables). If you want to start a business, it is best to replenish it in Calgary and other places. There are public washing machines and clothes dryers, all of which are 2 knives and one bucket. The location is good, just a short walk from the supermarket restaurant. The Youth Hostel did not try it. It is said that the reputation is good. At night, many people are waiting in line.

We stayed at the Mountaineer Lodge for 6 nights in April and we loved it! From the moment we got there we felt very welcomed and at home. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a recently renovated room in the main lodge and it was very clean and spacious. We liked the modern decor and the furniture and bed were very comfortable. There was lots of room to dry our ski gear after a day on the slopes. The bathroom was nice and clean and also a good size. Breakfast is included and it is excellent- there was always a good variety of hot items like eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and waffles/pancakes as well as breads, cereal, yogurt and fruit. The staff was very good at keeping all of the items stocked up, if something ran out more was put out right away. We have found this is sometimes a problem at other hotels but not here. We really appreciated the great service. And the breakfast room is quite large and has lots of tables so we never had a problem finding somewhere to sit. The hot tub is a great size and it was never too busy to have a nice apres-ski soak. We used it every day! There is also a free shuttle that picked us up right at the front door of the hotel and dropped us off at the main lodge at the Lake Louise Ski Resort. We used it every time we went skiing. The bus was always on time and the Mountaineer is the last pick up so it is a very short ride to the hill. So much nicer than trying to find a place to park and having to carry your gear across the parking lot. There are several pick up and drop off times which we found to be very convenient. Overall we feel that this is a fantastic place to stay and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel!

The environment is beautiful, leaning on the foot of the sulfur mountain, very beautiful, the hotel is a bit old but does not affect its beauty! Because of the epidemic, the waiter sent the room directly to the room, which is convenient! very good!

An amazing hotel. Fairmont gold dining room / lounge is impressive. Great 33m indoor pool and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and Bow river. from the hotel. This is a beautiful, classically styled, expensive and impressive resort. Self Parking is a 3 min walk to the hotel. Take a 10 min bus ride into Banff Ave. Bus tickets for guests are complimentary. Banff is a very picturesque town and well worth a visit. Banff avenue points directly at Cascade mountain for an amazing view every time you walk out to the street.

Staff are not very attentive as far as I'm concerned, we stayed here in Sept 2022 we booked a two bedroom condo for 4 adults. The condos are not airconditioned !! It would have been nice to know this prior to booking as it was 33 degrees that Sept long weekend and it was very hot in the bedrooms making it for a uncomfortable sleep to say the least. The beds were comfortable, clean sheets and lots of pillows which was nice , however very outdated condo itself, run down and old as far as the cost goes it was $1200 for two nights which I feel was a complete rip off !!! Was it a good value for the money? Absolutely NOT!!!!! The pool and hot tubs looked disgustingly filthy and run down as well. They did have fans in the room but inadequate for the bedrooms not impressed when you pay $600 a night I feel they could do some renovations to the entire facility!! I was extremely disappointed with this so called resort. The coffee machine in the room was a complete piece of crap I had to hold the pot up to the plastic dispensing valve on the bottom where the coffee comes out because it would not dispense the coffee into the pot. They claim this is a 3 star resort ! Far from it maybe 1 star at the most. I would not recommend staying at this ”resort” unless you like getting ripped off !! This place is in dire need of renovations I've stayed in a lot of resorts and this place needs a major overhaul TERRIBLE VALUE for the money you pay, front desk staff do the minimum to accommodate their guests I cannot stress enough what a complete RIP OFF !!!!! this place is I would NOT! ever recommend staying here!! I cannot believe this place has any good reviews they are probably fake ! Go somewhere else ANYWHERE ELSE! Furniture and carpets look like they are from the early 70's

Just on the roadside of Icefield Avenue, the room is a small wooden house, the wind is so big, there are three restaurants, we chose the buffet for dinner, it seems that there is more than 30 people, and children under 12 years old seem to be 14@:@, cost-effective, the room is not Big, clean beds, small toilets. The gas station here is expensive. It is recommended not to add so much, it is not so expensive to add to the small town.

I have booked several nights accomodation for this trip so I can never really remember what I am getting until I arrive, so this was a really nice surpise ! The chap on reception was helpful and informative about things, the cabin was very nice as was the whole area. I had dinner and breakfast at the bistro, the food was nice but service was slow, on both occasions it was almost like the staff were surprised to see you there wanting to order food. Did a nice hike to the waterfalls after the crowds had gone. If I am ever back in this part of the world I would come here again and would recommend it to others.
