"Het hotel ligt boven de heuvel met uitstekende uitzicht op de oceaan. Er is een parkeerplaats buiten het hotel en is bereikbaar op wandeling via de weg of de trap die direct naar het centrum leidt. Een korte wandeling brengt u naar Therma. We vonden de locatie en het uitzicht leuk. Zeer goed gewaardeerd en super schoon hotel met de beste uitzichten in de stad."

Ikaria Therma Blue Hotel ★★★

"Geweldige positie. Afstandsbeheer, er is geen receptie: als je problemen hebt, moet je bellen en een discrete beheren van de Griekse of Engelse taal, als je niet beledigd, zolang je geen telefoon problemen hebt. Zeer kleine kamers , iets meer dan 12mq de huwelijkskamer, badkamer inbegrepen; badkamer zonder bidet en zonder elektrische opname. Geen haardroger. De kamers zijn zeer geluidsoverlast. De meubilair omvat geen kluisjes, maar scherms en zelfs niet functionele: kastjes voor de huwelijkskamer n.2. De beschrijving van het hotel (zeer onjuiste woorden) geeft niet aan welke 68 graden onregelmatig, van de weg naar het gebouw, moeten worden gedaan. De schoonmaak en renovatie van de niet-dagelijkse kamer, zeer onregelmatig."

"Misschien het ergste hotel dat ik ooit heb bezocht, een vuile eigenaar en een meid, vuiler dan het totale vuile hotel, nergens ontbijt, zelfs als we het hadden betaald, als er een 0 was, zou ik het in een toon zetten. Het is schande voor het eiland en voor de andere hotel gasten"

"Mooi, heel schoon appartement. Prima, eenvoudig ontbijt. Prachtig uitzicht vanaf het hotel. Leuk zwembad, met lekkere ligkussens en stoelen . Auto is wel aan te raden want je kan niet lopend naar het dorp.Ikaria is een heel rustig eiland. Voor ons waren 5 dagen genoeg."

"We visited Ikaria for the first time. It was a dream trip. Kerame is one of the few accessible hotels on the island. But not all facilities are accessible... I did like the view, near the center, I did like the staff and the owner, they were polite, even though we had an argument. I didn't like that I chose that hotel for the pool (for the windy days), and the wheelchair couldn't reach this space. I also couldn't go with the wheelchair to the breakfast area."

"Have no idea what people find wrong with this hotel, perfect as only 5 min walk to the dock area with all the bars and restaurants and a couple of small supermarkets, please remember this is not the mainland so no large supermarkets, but prices still good. Back to the hotel the Staff were great and friendly, rooms perfect, remember your only sleeping here it’s not your home. Cleaned every day and spotless, balcony is small but lovely to sit out on. There was a good size fridge and the best supply I’ve ever had off hot water for washing anytime of the day lovely hot water. Only one little thing, they do not have a lift, they have a small internal luggage lift but not to be used by guests. There are a lot of stairs, from the front of the hotel up to reception is a large flight of steep steps. But it’s a hilly island so you won’t find a lot of flat land, if you’re not great on your feet or don’t like steps this might not be the right island for you. The island is amazing but only has one issue, getting around, there is no public transport at all, there are taxis but super expensive airport to this hotel €60 I understand why as it’s not a easy island to get round. I would suggest hiring a car the roads are very good, but don’t trust google maps. Plenty of hire car firms, mine met me off my flight the day I arrived. You could go local and hire a moped also, very popular. So to sum it up great island, great people and great hotel. Enjoy."
