Het belangrijkste is dat het hotel zelfhulp is, maar ik kan niet wachten op de e-mail die ik moet wachten, ik kan niet contact opnemen met de winkel, ik kan Trip.com niet oplossen. Tot slot gaf ik een telefoonnummer om de winkel te vragen. Het is een lange internationale weg en het is niet goed te praten. De poort kon niet binnenkomen en de gasten konden de deur openen. Deze dienst is nog steeds een vermijding."
