Powdered eggs? 😬 -professional and kind staff -lavender and currant infused chocolates for turn down service were tasty. Lots of water offered -brand new, very clean -le Labo products (but not the complimentary travel sized ones) -doorman was so nice, when we checked out he watched my children while I got my car from the garage and pulled around (tipped him well!) -parking garage a little confusing, but it’s only $15/night to self park. $45 for valet -beds super comfy -did not get an upgrade at check in (titanium) despite hotel seeming pretty empty -mentioned birthday at restaurant on site, nothing done to acknowledge"

"Een van de liften was gebroken en de trap ging niet naar de eerste verdieping. De gastheer gaf ons eerst een verkeerde kamer, toen we letterlijk "macht" overtuigde, maar op een vriendelijke manier naar onze oorspronkelijke kamer gingen. Er is dus een parkeerplaats rond het hotel, gedeeld door twee andere faciliteiten. Ze tonen u een kaart die niet overeenkomt met de tekens in de parkeerplaats. Dus wees voorzichtig wat men moet volgen en altijd bevestigen met de hotel gastheer."

"The hotel decoration is old and has not been updated. The lobby is online. The front desk is a little unskilled, but the attitude is very good, and people will not be impatient because of waiting. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom, and you can see the full blossoms in the breakfast restaurant, which is a surprise. The restaurant breakfast is relatively simple, and lunch and dinner are Italian dishes, which are online."
