"Stop in dit hotel met familie. Hotel is nieuw, schoon. Op de recessie welkom personeel. De administrateur spreekt een beetje Russisch. Locatie is meer dan succesvol, op de winkelstraat, maar diep. Geen geluid, er is geen groep toeristen bij de ingang, maar dicht bij alle winkels. Onze kamer was tweepersoonskamer. Op de vijfde verdieping. Bekijk van het raam tot de Trade Street. Elke kamer in ons kamer was een aparte douche en een toilet. Voor reizen met kinderen is deze kamer perfect. Er is een wasruimte op de eerste verdieping, deze optie is noodzakelijk voor lange reizen. Het hotelrestaurant is heerlijk en verscheidene ontbijten. Het hotel dat we leuk vonden. We zullen het zeker aan onze vrienden aanbevelen."

"The room was very clean, small but well-equipped, and the soundproofing was good. It's not far from Bohai Ancient Town, which we didn't visit since we arrived quite late. There's a BBQ stand right outside, and many shops selling Russian products nearby. The room was really clean; I just prefer to use my own sheets."

"I had a fantastic experience at Lavande Hotel during this business trip! The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you could want for dining, entertainment, and leisure nearby, making travel super hassle-free. Stepping into the room, the warm lavender scent instantly dispelled my fatigue. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The smart room controls were a huge plus; I could turn the lights on and off and adjust the air conditioning with just my voice. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were a special lavender-infused blend—so comfortable! The breakfast selection was extensive, with both Chinese and Western options. The front desk staff were friendly and the check-in process was quick. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I travel!"

"We arrived, ate as best we could, and then were given the wrong room. We went into the room and it was a complete mess. My child and I went into the bathroom, and the toilet was dripping, the floors were dirty, and there was trash. It was cold, there was no fridge, no mugs. We packed up and left, and they didn't give us our money back. The bed linen was dirty, as if someone had just straightened it after someone else. It wasn't the freshest. I don't recommend it, in short... it was terrifying."

"This is a great place to stay! It's the perfect combination of tranquility and entertainment. I was given a cozy and clean room with a beautiful view of the city and the sunrise. I requested a room that was quieter, and I couldn't even hear the music from the evening events. The breakfasts were delicious, and there was a good menu for lunch or dinner. The room had everything I needed. The reception staff was helpful, even if you didn't speak Chinese or English. Don't worry about your luggage or bags after shopping; you can take a shuttle to the hotel entrance, which is closer to your room."
