"Wonderful hotel and wonderful view. I strongly recommend visiting this place, specifically the foreigners, who are tired from heavy traffic to the city. It's the best place to relax. I also got a gift for personal pictures, and I got amazing pictures for myself. The all stuff of hotel so kindness and respectful people they really care about guests. The hotel is so clean and has very soft blankets and pillows. For sure I will come back again and again. Thank you all!"

"Een gezin van vier is op reis. De kamer bevindt zich in een boshut op de berg. De kinderen vinden het erg leuk. Het duurt maar tien minuten om naar boven te klimmen. Als er veel dingen zijn, kan het vermoeiend zijn. Er ligt een riviertje ernaast waar je direct in het water kunt spelen, en er is een zwembad in de kamer waar je direct kunt genieten van de warmwaterbronnen. Het is onvermijdelijk dat er in de zomer meer insecten zullen zijn. De kamer is een beetje klein maar redelijk netjes. De geluidsisolatie is niet bijzonder goed, maar over het algemeen ben ik tevreden. Het is geschikt voor een familievakantie, als het wat koeler weer is, neem ik de ouderen er weer heen."

"This is a newly opened hotel with a great environment. The hotel's garden is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in a two-bedroom duplex suite, which was very spacious and perfect for families with children. The hygiene was excellent. Breakfast was incredibly varied and served until 11 am, which was fantastic – we could sleep in and then enjoy a leisurely meal. Annie at the front desk provided exceptional service and was super responsive. We'll definitely be back!"

"這次入住體驗可以説是喜憂參半，有值得稱讚的地方，但也有非常影響核心體驗的硬傷。
值得肯定的優點：
1. 服務態度好： 從前台到餐廳的工作人員，服務態度都很好，響應及時，讓人感覺親切。
2. 環境優渥： 酒店位於温泉旅遊景區內，周邊自然環境確實沒得説，綠樹環繞，空氣清新，這也是我們選擇這裏的主要原因。
3. 就餐環境不錯： 餐廳的環境整潔舒適，用餐體驗良好（但是有蟲子）。
亟待改進的不足：
1. 嚴重的蟲患問題（核心痛點）： 這是本次入住最糟糕的體驗。晚上睡覺時，房間裏頻頻有蟲子飛舞，感覺像是睡在“蟲巢”裏。最嚇人的是，時不時會從天花板上掉下來臭蟲！我們一晚上基本沒睡，光抓蟲子就抓了20多衹，實在令人難以接受。這對於一家主打自然環境的温泉酒店來説，是致命的衞生和管理漏洞。
2. 部分收費項目提示不明： 入住時未主動告知，後來走後，在消費內容上寫着一次性浴巾需要收費。這類額外收費項目應該在辦理入住時由前台明確告知，或者在更顯眼的位置標註，避免給客人造成“隱形消費”的不良感受。
3. 餐飲細節可優化： 餐廳的雞湯味道本身是不錯的，但確實偏鹹了一點，希望後廚能稍作調整。
總結與建議：
為了體驗温泉而來，最終卻因為蟲患問題一夜無眠，非常遺憾。酒店在軟性服務上做得不錯，但在客房衞生（尤其是蟲害防治）和收費透明度這些硬指標上，還有很大的提升空間。如果能徹底解決蟲子問題，這裡會是一個不錯的休閑選擇。目前來看，暫時不會推薦給朋友，也希望管理層能重視並儘快改善。"
