"Absolutely great location! Convenient for shopping at Myeongdong district and get to the airport via airport shuttle. For light traveller who can cope with tiny room, I would recommend staying at this hostel if you are mostly outside visiting places. Also. for light sleeper. I would recommend bringing ear plugs with you as the noise isolation is so so."

"erg goed. Gewoon heel schoon. De baas is erg beleefd en enthousiast. Het is geschikt voor één persoon om te wonen en is relatief betaalbaar. Alleen is de locatie de eerste keer moeilijk te vinden. Stap uit bij station Seolung. Ga rechtdoor uit afrit 5 en neem de t****e kruising, sla rechtsaf en ga rechtdoor. Ga tot het einde, sla linksaf en neem het t****e kruispunt aan de linkerkant. Foto 1 is de deuropening. Ga dan naar Figuur 2 en ga naar de 4e verdieping."

"The property is new and very clean, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future. During my stay, the only inconvenience was that the sink drained quite slowly, and after it was repaired by the staff, there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom for the remainder of my visit. I believe the staff would have been willing to assist further, but due to my very tiring schedule and late arrivals around midnight, I did not have the energy to make another request. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the staff were extremely kind and accommodating. I rated the facilities 3 out of 5 mainly because the ramen options are not inclusive. All available choices contain meat (pork, beef, or chicken), and considering the diverse range of guests visiting this area—some with dietary restrictions or allergies such as vegans, vegetarians, or Muslim travelers—I believe offering at least one fully vegan ramen option would be a great improvement. That said, I truly appreciate the complimentary ramen provided, as well as the washing machine with free detergent and softener. Even though there is only one machine, it was very convenient and appreciated. Overall, I was very happy with my stay, and congratulations on the grand opening!"

"De locatie is het grootste voordeel. De netheid van de omgeving is veel beter dan ik had verwacht. Er werken veel mensen aan de balie, sommige zijn erg vriendelijk en sommige zijn niet warm, maar ze kunnen allemaal passende hulp bieden. Persoonlijk vind ik dat het bed en de kussens voor mij niet geschikt zijn om op te slapen, maar dit is heel persoonlijk. Ik reis elke dag naar buiten, behalve om te slapen, en de tijd dat ik in het hostel verblijf is minder dan tien uur. Voor mensen die gewoon een plek nodig hebben om uit te rusten, is dit een goede plek met een uitstekende locatie en een schone algehele omgeving. Ik zou hier weer verblijven als ik slechts een korte tijd op reis was. Als u heel ontspannen bent en wilt genieten van hotelfaciliteiten, verhoogt u uw accommodatiebudget."

"I booked this place for a business trip and honestly had zero expectations since there weren’t many reviews yet — but it turned out to be an absolute standout. The location is unbeatable. The subway entrance is literally about 30 seconds from the door, which made commuting around the city incredibly easy. You can even see DDP from the property, which was a really nice surprise. The room was spotless. The bed was perfectly clean, and I didn’t find a single hair anywhere — cleanliness here is clearly taken seriously. Everything you need is already there, from laundry facilities to a dryer, so I think this place would be just as great for travelers, not just business stays. Accessing the room is simple with a door code, and the check-in process was straightforward and stress-free. Hands down one of the best places to stay in the Dongdaemun area. I’d definitely book again."

"De kamer was mooi. Het was niet de eerste keer dat ik daar verbleef. De receptie was ook vriendelijk. Ik hou van zijn ontbijt. Er is melk, sinaasappelsap, brood en ontbijtgranen verkrijgbaar. Maar het raam van de badkamer waar ik woon, sluit niet goed. Ik kwam er pas laat in de avond achter. Ik ben ook niet naar de receptie gegaan. Het is koud in Seoel."

"Ik heb een foto gemaakt van warenhuis Shinsegae en warenhuis Lotte vanaf het dak van Hostel. Bovendien is het personeel vriendelijk. Je kunt er 's ochtends genieten van een eenvoudig ontbijt en er zijn veel buitenlanders. Ik hoor het soms ook."

"My stay started out disastrous because this is one of those self-check-in places which I cannot stand. The check-in codes and room information usually gets sent out while you are traveling and not in touch with wifi at all. Well, I am one of those people that refuse to buy a data plan, so I was stuck in the narrow alley outside and couldn't get in quickly. I arrived well after the time allowed to enter, but without wifi, data, or people there, it took a while to get in. I must have been very tired not to notice the self-check-in fact. I see it is very clearly stated actually. And I was very tired as well when I arrived there. However, the room was neat and comfortable, with wifi and everything else. I had made a two-night booking, and enjoyed my stay very much! After that rickety start. I can recommend this place to people with data plans, which is probably everyone."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Cave Myeongdong for six nights. From the moment i checked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met throughout my stay. The location was perfect for my needs, situated in a central area with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions. Whether i wanted to explore local shops, dine at nearby Halal restaurants, or visit popular tourist spots, everything was within a short distance."

"New, clean facilities. A small space but enough for one person. Everything it new so it’s well maintained so far. Bathroom is wet-room style. It seems well managed, though I had no need to contact management but all their after-hours contact information was provided in case you needed it. All the necessary information was provided for check in and check out. Additional tips for travelling to and from the airport were also provided. A small communal kitchen it also available for use with hot and cold water, tea and coffee. Basic cooking facilities are also available. All in all a pleasant stay, thanks."
