"one of the best hostels i've ever stayed in despite being so cheap! dry-wet separated bathroom equipped with shower cream and blow dryer, bed has curtains and an extra compartment for storage. the best part being free dinner at the hotel bar after spending €4 at the bar, as well as free breakfast. really friendly for a broke student traveller like me!"

"Great location. Located in the city and many shops around. You can get anywhere walking 20-30 minutes. Nice for exploring. The private rooms are nice. Room space is good for single travelers or even two people. Clean room. Front desk are also nice and helpful. Worth the money."

"Good experience staying here. Comfortable bed and room. Gratefully, each bed in the dorm has a cover and a large locker, so you’ll have both privacy and security. The shower room is nice with stable hot water. The only downside is that there’s no AC in the room, so the window needs to be kept open. Since the room is next to the public area where people smoke and chat until midnight, the smell goes into the room (even though it’s a non-smoking room) and the noise can disturb your sleep. The kitchen has a few refrigerators and two ovens. The only drawback is that there’s no stove, so you can only use the oven to warm up your food. There is an elevator that allows you to access each floor, so you don’t need to carry your luggage up the stairs Overall, a good stay at an affordable price."

"I stayed at three wombats on this trip (Munich and Vienna ) and this one is the best!!! There is air conditioning inside the room!! Can’t complain!!! I visited in summer time and it’s grateful to have A/C. Besides there is a little fan every bed just like in wombat Vienna. The bath room is great, lots of space to put your stuffs, with hair dryer as well. Room is big, full size mirror is a plus. Guest kitchen is big too and three big fridges with enough space to store food. Great location easy to get to metro/ airport bus. Most importantly affordable price!! Love my stay thank you ☺️"

"Het is begrijpelijk dat je niet vroeg kunt inchecken als je te vroeg gaat. Je moet om 15:00 uur inchecken, maar dat is niet mogelijk, zelfs niet als er meer dan 10 minuten voor de inchecktijd zijn. Maar de mensen die later kwamen, konden direct inchecken, maar ze konden niet op dat tijdstip inchecken. Ze vroegen me na meer dan een half uur nog steeds te wachten, en ze moesten boos worden voordat ze konden inchecken. Ik heb 's ochtends mijn bagage in het hotel opgeslagen en na het inchecken nam ik mijn bagage mee naar de kamer en ontdekte dat het wachtwoordslot niet open kon. Ik controleerde of ik niet het verkeerde wachtwoord had ingevoerd, en na een nadere blik bleek het wachtwoordslot kapot te zijn. Gelukkig was de andere koffer niet kapot, dus bracht ik de kapotte koffer naar de receptie. De receptionist antwoordde dat hij het niet wist en vroeg om de bewaking te controleren en kreeg te horen dat hij contact moest opnemen met de manager. De receptioniste bij de receptie heeft de relevante informatie op een stukje papier geschreven en tot op de dag van vandaag heeft niemand contact met mij opgenomen om mij te informeren over de afloop van de zaak."

"Een mooi hotel in het centrum van Boedapest. Zeer toegankelijk voor tramlijnen 4 & 6 en dicht bij de metrostations. Kamer en gemeenschappelijke ruimte was schoon en het personeel was vriendelijk. Ik zou dit opnieuw reserveren op mijn volgende bezoek aan Boedapest."

"Cons: Not so great initially - strong smell on the room, noise on the street but sorted out quickly. Thanks to prompt action by the management. In most of my stay, floor on the shared bathroom is always wet and no proper ventilation. Lockers are outside the bedrooms so it’s worth having a spare bag for some essential items that you need to keep next to you. Duvet slightly short for tall person. My roommate’s bed was creaking loudly even with simple movement. Pros: Near bus stop and metro station. Near to the popular thermal bath - Széchenyi, and tourist spots Heroes’ Square. Accommodating reception. Things to improve: Proper ventilation and floor rug in the bathroom. Long duvet, cleaner bedsheets and duvet cover and pillow. Overall: If you stay most of the time outside and it’s okay. Main gate always open, occupants got a key for main door but most of time it’s also open. I guess for the price, you get what you paid for."
