Four Seasons Hotel Hampshire

We have just come back from a long weekend at the Four Seasons Hampshire and I have nothing but positive things to say. From the check in to check out we had the most incredible time. The staff are so good with children and really go out of their way to make it so special for them. My children absolutely loved the passports given at check in and loved the surprise at the end even more. The little touches like cookies and milk in the room, children’s robes and little message on the bathroom mirror all give this hotel such lovely little touches. The food was absolutely delicious and the restaurant staff were always attentive and helpful. My partner and I did some horse riding and we also booked pony grooming for my little girl. Rebecca made this such a great experience, she was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My little girl was slightly apprehensive when she arrived and saw the ponies however after Rebecca took 10 minutes to show my daughter all the horses and talk to her about them, she quickly became excited to groom her pony. Rebecca definitely made this whole experience incredible and is a real asset to the stables! We stumbled upon kids club on the day we checked out which was a real shame. I feel maybe there should be some more information about the kids club inside the hotel rooms. Or a little brochure on check in would be great as it’s such a lovely place for the children to play. Tina was so lovely there and automatically made my two children feel relaxed. You can tell she really loves her job and is SO great with the children. We would have definitely spent some more time here, if we had known sooner! We will definitely be back to stay at the Four Seasons Hampshire again!! Thank you ! X

What a treat ! Everything was absolutely perfect ! All the Staff were fabulous, a credit to the Four Seasons ! Nothing to Fault, The rooms, The amenities, The views, the list goes on ! All perfect !

We live in London and this is our happy place! We have been coming here for the past year if we need a quick weekend getaway. In total, we have been to FSH 5 times and each time we left super happy. The rooms are clean, beautiful, and spacious, the beds are super comfortable, the staff are all so friendly, the food is amazing (try the Sunday roast buffet and the pastries!), and the place is super kid friendly. As a family, we love Sharkie's Reef for the kids and the adults pool and spa facilities for the parents. Nothing better than going back and forth between the vitality pool, sauna, and steam room! The spa treatments are also amazing. We will keep coming back!

We love this hotel. The location is superb within 500 acres of beautiful countryside. The staff are the BEST! They take care of every guest with authenticity and genuinely care. The bedroom was spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We had an afternoon tea which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. There are a wide range of activities within the grounds and a lovely spa and pool. There is also a kids pool and club. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic falconary experience and afternoon tea. It is worth every penny for the lavish surroundings, excellent service (above and beyond) to the freshest of food and locally sourced accompaniments. The whole experience was arranged for us to perfection and timing. I thoroughly recommend this hotel, it is a treat to remember. We love it. Thank you.

Birthday afternoon tea with my daughter, a real treat, everything five star apart from the cloakrooms being rather far away and downstairs. Wonderful attentive staff and food superb and relaxed ambience, cant wait for next special occasion to visit again.

Fabulous birthday weekend celebrating my daughter’s 2nd birthday. We had such a wonderfully relaxing birthday weekend, nothing was too much trouble and we were all made to feel very special. The staff were amazing throughout, as were the facilities and food. My daughter really enjoyed the pony grooming experience, and loved the pool. Food outstanding. I’d highly recommend this hotel

What an amazing weekend! The customer service at the Four Seasons is fantastic, the staff ( especially Medhi) went out of their way to make the weekend feel special. The activities were great, and the food- amazing! We will be visiting again.

Pretty bad service, late check in time meant I was carrying my bags a long distance, no signage meant it was incredibly difficult to find my room, light switches hidden in the bedroom, no info as to gym opening, breakfast timing etc. a poor imitation of service from this brand in the US and ultimately not relaxing because of it. It was a business trip so my costs were covered otherwise I would have been more upset but eg an omelette was an eye watering £50 for breakfast.
