"We came to spend the weekend at this hotel, which looked very appealing on paper; the photos were attractive. However, the pool wasn't clean, and the hammam was out of order. We arrived in our room to find a bed that creaked terribly, a shower head completely covered in limescale (making it impossible for a woman to wash her hair), and very kitschy decor."

"We stayed in the Gite for 2 nights. The hotel has several options for families, through cleverly connecting rooms it is possible to create a comfortable gite for up to 12 people. Rooms are fresh and lovely. Nice garden to relax in and very sweet dog with questioning eyes (especially when there is food around). Honfleur itself is often crowded and slightly too busy, so it was nice to be just around the corner. Highly recommendable!"

"This place was just magical. Gorgeous accommodations, friendly staff, charming private garden, in the heart of one of France's most beautiful places - Honfleur. Just a 5 minute walk to the stunning harbor, I can't recommend this place enough to anyone traveling in Normandy. There is also free parking nearby if you're doing day trips."

"A big disappointment. location good, parking safe. But no airco, just a fan in a sweltering room. No shower, only a bath. Breakfast starts at 8am, but because of the heat I wanted to leave early, I got an orange juice and bought some croissants at a bakery. Internet is low speed. This was the most expensive hotel on my whole trip and absolutely the worst."

"The reception is warm and the service is attentive. The hotel has a beautiful environment. There is a parking lot for the hotel not far in front, which is more convenient. The only drawback is that there is no elevator. Because it is an antique building, it is not allowed to be installed. It is a bit difficult to carry large luggage upstairs."

"We stayed at Studio La Tortue, which was really beautiful, cosy, clean, well equipped and perfectly situated. We arrived to Honfleur with a rental car, and free parking nearby was very practical. Communication before and during our trip was friendly and easy, with very useful Honfleur tips. We spent a week in Normandie, both in Honfleur and in the surrounding areas. Honfleur was a safe, easily accessible and beautiful location with a lot to do. Thank you for making our holiday so wonderful! We warmly recommend Studio La Tortue, already missing it!"

"Yes. It’s a lovely old medieval building with an in-town location. It has lots of charm although it would have been nice if the plastic flowers in the yard and office were real. Our room had little practical lighting - what was the purpose of the huge modern chandelier hanging over the bed? The room had a strong sweet perfume smell. There were 8 lively decorative pillows on the bed but not one of them could be used for comfortable sleeping. Have the owners tried sleeping here? The bathroom was its best attribute. It was beautiful - large and modern. The shower had plenty of hot water and great water pressure. There was no one permanently at the front desk AND there was no bell to call anyone that we could see. Definitely reserve parking as there are very few spaces on the steep and narrow street."

"Excellent aparthotel, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, centrally located, excellent host. It was a bit cold; I couldn't figure out how to turn on the heating and heated towel rail. The rules require a €20 fee for early check-in and check-out. It's fair for early check-in, but strange for early check-out; they could simply arrange contactless check-in and check-out. A complimentary bottle of cider from the hosts. Thank you. The photo shows a view of Honfleur from the Mont-Joli. From Honfleur, you can take a bus to Étretat in 1 hour, with a transfer in Le Havre."

"wat een mooie locatie! Heel mooi authentiek en mooi gebouw met een zalige tuin! Vooral de heel vriendelijke zussen Gaelle en Melissa doen echt alles om het je naar je zin te maken. Wel wat duur... (nadien zijn we naar Boulogne Sur Mer geweest en daar is het zeker 20 procent goedkoper voor eten en logies). Ontbijt was zalig voor mij met elke dag twee zelfgemaakte specialiteiten (voor sommigen zal het wel niets zijn want geen eitje, vleesje of kaasje) maar voor mij de top. Kamers zijn ruim met een goede matras en een zalige douche + een bad op pootjes. Honfleur restaurants: geloof echt wat ze zeggen niet gaan eten aan de haven! die restaurants bedriegen gewoon de touristen... Wel goed gegeten rond de oude katedraal. Nadeel (en dat moet ik echt muggenziften: de smalle parkeerplaatsen binnen het domein)"
