The ‘Stuart Splash’ house gets its name from our alluring pool which awaits you with the invitation to jump right in! We provide many pool (and beach) toys for your use and entertainment. The pool is easily accessible and is located in a large (gated & secure) backyard area.* The backyard also provides ample space to spread out and enjoy the Florida sunshine! There is a retractable sunshade above the outdoor dining area to add to your comfort.Inside the house are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room (with pull out sofa bed) and a open concept dining/kitchen area, as well as a utility room complete with a full sized washer & dryer for you to use. The house has several smart home features; including smart locks/keyless entry, an easy to use NEST thermostat, and a Ring Doorbell Camera (this camera is for security only. It only looks outward and does not look inward into the house). The house is also equipped with high speed WIFI, which can be accessed throughout the home....including the pool area! Two smart TV's offer live YouTube TV (news, sports, weather, local networks, cable channels etc.) as well as the ability to use your own personal login/password to sign into any subscription/streaming networks you have! We also have a 2 person, sit-on-top KAYAK available for complementary use while staying at our house. It incudes 2 paddles, life jackets, and tie downs for transport. This single level, ranch style home is thoughtfully laid out and packed full of useful amenities. Use of the pool is at the discretion of the guests and guests accept all risk associated.
