I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vinci Villa Hoi An, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The staff at Vinci Villa went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even going out of their way to remember my name throughout my stay. This personalized touch made me feel like a valued guest, and it truly enhanced my overall experience. The room I stayed in was awesome. I opted to have breakfast in the old town most days, however I noticed a number of guests enjoying breakfast at the hotel. One of the standout features of Vinci Villa is its magical location. It’s situated within walking distance of Hoi An’s Old Town. The old town is surrounded by enchanting streets, ancient buildings, and a vibrant a**osphere. The convenience of being within walking distance to many of the city's attractions and popular landmarks allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture and experience the charm of Hoi An. I would definitely go back if I was ever in Hoi An again! Be aware that Grab can’t come into the lane, so you’ll need to order your car from the main road.

I fell in love with this hotel. The boss and his wife used to open a hotel with an expansion of business while doing restaurants and cafes. From the furniture received by their parents, antiques are delicately arranged, The table that the boss made is also nice. They're like wonderful people who work hard and do what they want to do. The hotel room is very spacious, you can go out to swim right in the pool, dream of a fantastic daily life in the bathtub! The noodles including breakfast are so delicious with gold medals. I'm going to Hoi An on purpose this weekend to go to the foot massage in Old City and this house.

Just returned back to UK after a wonderful 14 nights in Serene River Villa, apart from the odd tropical storm everything was perfect! From being collected and being returned to the airport everything was very efficiently cared for by Thao and Hoa ('Flower' in English!), the breakfasts were amazing (we had fried egg/bacon/baguette/fruit/smoothies/coffee) but the choice is yours, whatever you prefer! Nice big bed, mini fridge, aircon, good wifi, safe, balcony, bedding and towels changed regularly, cycles available, and anything you may need can be arranged. We cycled to (what is left of) the beach most days, and also into town a couple of times without problems. If we return to Vietnam we will certainly stay here again. Many thanks, John & Glenda.

My husband and I stayed in Alex room with a private pool and garden for 2 nights, we loved the location, friendly service and how instagrammable our room was. The Mansion is not just another hotel in town, it comes with it's own story closely related to Ho An's past. Make sure to ask the receptionist to tell you about the original owners of this house, we enjoyed finding traces of history scattered around the Mansion during our stay. And floating breakfast was the highlight of our stay!

HIDDEN GEM FOUND! We loved out stay here, Vincent and the owners are very accomodating. Such a friendly team running this Villa. As soon as you enter, you are guided by information on what you can do in Hoi An, transportation services, suggested attractions plus more. You can hire bicycles for free, and rent motorbikes to get around as an option (great way to get around as Hoi An streets are less hectic compared for Saigon and Hanoi). We loved our room, clean, comfortable and had character. Their jacuzzi is an iconic piece that you must give a go when you stay at the Villa. A relaxing, peaceful and affordable place. Vincent also looks after you, any question, he's got your back! Thank you for having us! Highly recommend!

From the first day of the stay till the moment of my departure, I was really satisfied with the service and friendly staff at Hoi An Heart Lodge. In particular, the owner Manh was very friendly and always willing to help me. I greatly appreciate his hospitality during my stay. Make me feel like i am home. Plus all convenience service like : Continental breakfast, borrowed the bike to ride sight seeing the town , full information about HoiAn tour guide where is good restaurant to eat great Vietnamese food . End of my trip he booked the vehicle 🚗 for me to DaNang airport. I will definitely stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge again when i come to Vietnam next . Highly recommend

The location, cleanliness, staff hospitality, and facilities were perfect. There are bicycles that can be rented for free, so you can freely explore Hoi An town. It is troublesome and expensive to call a taxi every time, but it was very convenient to go anywhere anytime with a bicycle. Hoi An city has flat roads, so biking is not difficult at all. The interior of the hotel was very beautiful, and the amenities were substantial, such as toothbrushes and pajamas. The courtyard was large and very beautiful. I would like to stay again when I come to Hoi An.
