I like the quiet atmosphere of Anantara, from the lotus pond at the door to the lobby, courtyard, and room. The long corridor basically does not meet other people. There are only a few children in the pool playing in the water. There is only laughter and no noise. After entering the door, the waiter will take the luggage and guide to the lobby to sit and drink while waiting. Instead of going there, the luggage will be delivered directly to the room. What I want is a high-rise room without a lift. The highest floor is the third floor. The rooms are well made, the toiletries are good and the fruits are welcome. Breakfast is upstairs at the SPA. There are quite a lot of varieties, there should be some, the rice noodles are light and delicious. The hotel is built along the river. In the evening, walking along the river is very comfortable. It is a ten-minute walk to the ancient city. Grab can't be called here to Da Nang. The hotel waiter called for a regular taxi.

It's such an amazing time that we spent there. The resort was beautiful and well designed with plenty of tropical trees, large swimming pool and quiet atmosphere. It's the very tough time for hospitality industry, but they still kept their atmosphere quite good. The room was well kept and enough for our stay. However, the electric card was kept on whole day, they could save a lots of money by install door card and electric card in one to reduce the electric usage in the guest rooms.

The service is excellent! Very tasty breakfast! The girl at the hotel is as sweet and sincere as possible! She created the mood and attitude towards the city in the very first minutes! For this we are very grateful! We were given fruit as a gift because we are on our honeymoon, the breakfast is very tasty, although modest) here you will feel like beloved guests. The only upsetting thing was the screaming women from the neighboring building, who started talking (screaming) very loudly from 7 in the morning!!!! Right under our window I also really liked the style of the rooms! And plumbing, shower, faucet, all in the same style)

Welcoming, genuine, comfy, and convenient. We looked forward coming home seeing the dad, sweet elder -- he always greeted us coming in after a long day. Thuy, she was great, she will help guide if you don't have any plans, but I had a full itinerary already. She cooked for us for breakfast, i loved breakfast vs western complimentary breakfast -- this was a new taste I needed. I suggest you try it all, one every day. We stayed here for 1 week, room cleaning service is completed the second you walk out the building because we came back within 10-15 minutes .... and it was clean. crazy. 100% i'd recommend to everyone except for those whom are wheelchair bound, or needs some sort of assistance walking/climbing. No elevators and theres steep stairs. check google photos for pictures.

Central location, 4 minute walk to all bars and restaurants but hidden around a quiet street so you don’t hear anything. The staff organised scooter rental with no problems and gave us information about the area, providing a map with local insights for where to go. Rooms are modern and clean with a spacious shower. The highest praise would be to the staff, they were amazing. Nothing was a problem.

During our stay, Lien, our host, graciously shared insider tips on dining and navigating the local markets. Just a brief stroll from the homestay, we discovered a great street lined with stalls offering delicious traditional dishes—a culinary adventure we indulged in repeatedly. Additionally, the street is nice and quiet and the night market is conveniently close by, as is the main town to explore. The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast spread was nothing short of amazing—fresh and made-to-order. We would happily stay again.

The homestay is clean. We got to stay on the highest floor with a balcony and we can see the ancient town from the room. Ancient town is only 2 minutes from the homestay. The family hosting us - their dad, mum, Susan and Key were very friendly. Key even helped us to carry our bags to the 4th floor when we arrived, which we appreciate. They very kindly offered us tea and introduced us to Hoi An ancient town, good food and tips around the area. Besides, the bicycles are free for us to us. The breakfast is amazing and the family even offered us complimentary breakfast for us to as a gift to celebrate our honeymoon together. We were very grateful for this. We also signed up for a tour to My Son at short notice and Susan and Key were great at arranging it for us even though they doesn't have to. Kitchen utensils, water and luggage storage space is available. We will definitely stay here again when we are back. Definitely our favourite town espcially when we are hosted by a really friendly and warm family. Thank you Susan and Key!

Room and pool cleaning, garden maintenance, etc. are well done and you can relax. Above all, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are outstanding, and as of May 2023, there are no Japanese-speaking staff, but I would like to recommend it to Japanese people! From the first day of the stay till the moment of my departure, I was really satisfied with the service and friendly staff at Hoi An Heart Lodge. In particular, the owner Manh was very friendly and always willing to help me. I greatly appreciate his hospitality during my stay. Make me feel like i am home. Plus all convenience service like : Continental breakfast, borrowed the bike to ride sight seeing the town , full information about HoiAn tour guide where is good restaurant to eat great Vietnamese food . End of my trip he booked the vehicle 🚗 for me to DaNang airport. I will definitely stay at Hoi An Heart Lodge again when i come to Vietnam next . Highly recommend

Fantastic location in the hart of Old Town. Friendly helpful staff, easy check in. Good price accommodation. Quiet at night. Room is a little dated, aircon worked well. Small refrigerator supplied. Room could use a good spring clean. No water bottles available, no toiletries except one toothbrush and t/p. And only two hand towels for drying your body. Overall a little rough around the edges but I would stay again because of the location and price.
