Breakfast was great, rooms clean, spacious and well equipped, first class service and, most importantly, a genuinely friendly attitude towards guests. Ms Jula went beyond our expectations and helped us recover some items we had left behind, shipping them to our home in Beijing (thank you!). We will definitely return during our next visit. The hotel is well located, walking distance from the Dazhao temple and the Islamic quarters, convenient to shopping centers as well.

Once again the Hilton lives up to its expectation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel opened in mid 2022 and it still felt like new. It is easily accessible and the staff, as always, were super friendly and helpful. The rooms are reasonably spacious and without a doubt clean and well decorated. I love having breakfast in the morning and what a spread it was! Everything was fresh and on point. There was more than enough space for everyone to get a seat. We rented a car and had underground parking at the hotel. Just remember to share your number plate with the front desk so that you don’t have to pay when exiting at the gate. I highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Finally the stairwell was dirty and I did not appreciate having the cleaners supplies all left just outside the door to my room amongst other junk in the corridor

While the location is good, the hotel itself is not pleasent to stay in. Firstly the bed itself is uncomfortable, with my gf and I feeling itchy all night. We asked the hotel to change the sheets after the first night but the problem persisted. Second the sound insulation is virtually nonexistent, we were able to hear people chatting and closing doors at all hours of the night and in the early morning. Third the hotel can't enforce its own rules. Even though the rooms are all nonsmoking we would still smell cigarette smoke, when we called the desk to complain all they could do was come up and spray the room with perfume, and said they wouldn't be able to find who's causing it. All in all I cannot recommend this place.
