我也算是這裏的老顧客了，因為我已經住了三回了，前兩次住的是迎賓樓後就是後院的一樓和二樓，這次我依然定的是迎賓樓，但是熱心的工作人員幫我免費升級到貴賓樓了，貴賓樓是有電梯的，房間的設施設備都一樣，衹是貴賓樓比較寬敞一點，房間衞生特別好，我感覺這個價錢真的值啦！推薦大家入住。

服務態度相當惡劣，搶奪客户文件單子，視頻為證，該酒店環境衞生都可以 ，唯一差的就是服務，前台和一個張經理，本人提前十一點多跟前台説2點半左右退房趕火車，前台並沒有提醒超過2點收取費用，並且是老客户，之後退房時説扣十塊錢，我説跟你們提前説了，你們也沒有提醒超時的話扣取費用啊！酒店經裏表示，酒店沒有提醒義務！並跟客户講是無裏取鬧！話語中説著給你慣的，又説學生也沒有要求啊！學生不知道是學生不懂法律好吧！我是出差總在他家住的，本不該發生這樣的事情，但酒店人員説的我差10塊錢怎麼樣的，不行我給你，這不是錢的事情，對客户出言不遜，跟客户説慣的，還叫到單獨房間説的，生氣，必須差平，這家酒店環境衞生可以的，但管理人員和前台對客户説的話，太不尊重客户了，同時在錄製過程中搶奪客户的單子，非常惡劣！差評

衞生很差，打開門就是很濃很濃的煙味兒。不夠衞生，房間門安全性不夠。感覺鎖不牢。房間在院子裏，安全性極低。隔音極差。

工作人員服務態度很好，客氣也有禮貌，地理位置非常優越，距離車站很近，然後距離不遠處有美食一條街，吃的方便。
