The location of the hotel is the best in Hiroshima, I have to say. However, the amenities and service are quite disappointing. Very slow internet, broken AC and terrible breakfast are some of many complains that I have. By the way, they have spa, gym, and indoor swimming pool which none of them are usable. You have to be a member or pay extra to use them. Very ridiculous, they should state the condition on the app before someone books the hotel. Big minus from me.

There are nog regular chairs or something, but there was a floortable and some cusions. They offered complementary shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. And you could borrow the provided nightshirts. You can ask for the staff not to clean the room and they will leave out clean towels and such. If have problems with getting up or sitting on the floor, this place is not for you. The staff is nice. There is small area where you can sit, but no additional place to eat as you can't use the dinning area or the microwave for your own food. I recommend a stay at this ryokan!
