"The hotel is a 20-30 minute bus ride from Himi Station, but bus intervals are extremely infrequent, so you have to time your trip perfectly, otherwise you'll need to take a taxi. We went to Tateyama during the day and arrived late at night, well past the last bus. We emailed the hotel to book a taxi for us, and the whole process was smooth; the driver waited for us at the station. The hotel is located next to a small pier, and the rooms are spacious and very clean. Drinks are available in the restaurant on the first floor. The staff (or perhaps the owner?) were incredibly kind; they even moved the microwave from the kitchen to the lobby late at night so we could heat our food. When we left in the morning, the cleaning staff kindly took photos for us. Overall, although it's not cheap, it's worth the price, especially if you allocate time for the hotel during your trip; the sea views at night and sunrise are absolutely fantastic."

"Er zijn bedden in de hotelkamer, er is ook mais. De bediende zal komen om te helpen met het bed (mais). Het warme hotel heeft zowel binnen als buiten, er zijn mariene producten in de kast! Er zijn veel soorten eten, niet alle zijn in dezelfde hoeveelheid, het eten van een leven is een gevoel van prestaties! De lobby drinkt."

"Not quite sure why this is classed as a resort, despite that we had a very comfortable two night stay here. The location is right on the waters edge with excellent views out to sea and back to Himi.There is a shared outdoor bath which is available for private use, we enjoyed the experience.There is a whole place was spotlessly clean. All instructions and check in procedures were available in Japanese and English, a great help to us. I have no hesitation in recommending a stay here but with a slight word of caution; the stairs to the upper rooms are quite steep and might be a challenge for the less able."
