"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! After trying to call and being placed on hold for over 20 minutes twice, we were told we could only book this hotel stay online. I felt the employee on the phone was half rude and had a bad feeling from the beginning. I should have listened to my gut. Instead we booked a 2 queen room online like she suggested. We drove with 2 small children 6+ hours to get to this hotel. We even called the hotel after making our reservation online to be sure they had our confirmation number and everything was set. They told us it was. We arrived around 10:30 pm only for the same employee we spoke with earlier to tell us they had no rooms! She told us she had to take walk ins before us and it did not matter that we had a reservation and confirmation number. She had no sympathy and could care less than they were leaving 2 small children without a hotel room late at night. She said she was referring people to their sister hotel but told us it had a broken elevator so we couldn’t stay there either. She did not offer to do anything else to help. They refused to help us. We have never had this happen and have stayed at all kinds of hotels. Absolutely horribly customer service! I will never return here. There is à La Quinta directly beside this hotel, they had room for us thankfully and treated us with nothing but kindness. Stay there instead."

"This hotel is very conveniently located however in the 5 nights I stayed there my room only got cleaned once. There was no room attendant in the evenings so if you needed any additional towels, you had to physically go to the lobby to get them. The air conditioning was also a problem in the lobby area."

"Voor het eerst in deze plek, op weg naar Morrow 20 minuten, is i75 net als het verkeer groot en is er een stukje gebroken. Ik denk dat het rustiger en comfortabeler zal zijn om weg te zijn van de luchthaven, niet. Geschat wordt dat de periode van herstel van de uitbraak niet lang genoeg is, de voorzieningen van het hotel al jaren verdwenen zijn. De knieën zijn licht gezuiverd, blijven een nacht, te moe om te wisselen, tijdelijk terug te gaan naar de waterverwarmingswerker heeft het probleem opgelost. De deur is alsof de tegenovergestelde sluiting ook gebroken is. Er is een meester in de reparatie. Schatting is dat de kamer een smaak van het regenseizoen van Mei heeft. Het receptie- en ontbijthuis zijn niet meer indrukwekkend."
