"Been staying at this hotel every time I visit Hefei. Wonderful experience every time. Great location, comfortable rooms. The staff are really professional. I did have some problems with my room card the 2nd day but it was sorted out easily and really professionally. My only complaint is that when I went to the gym all the machines were in need of maintenance and did not work properly.. Was also extremely warm inside the gym with no A/C. And that is the main reason I return to this hotel because of the gym facilities. But except for that the stay was comfortable and I would definitely recommend it. For me it's the hotel I choose when I go to Hefei."

"The environment is really good; as soon as you walk in, it feels quiet and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, and I was never disturbed at night. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and patient with all my questions. Breakfast is from 7 AM to 10 AM, which is a generous timeframe, and the food quality was above average."
