環境不太滿意也不能怪酒店，剛好遇上樓下別家裝修，前台説了抱歉但也沒辦法。我們本訂了四天房，實在受不了裝修的噪音衹住了兩晚就換酒店了。還有大堂門外的台階，能不能加個斜坡？來客大多帶行李吧，簡單加個斜面方便進出大家都開心。
前台態度很好，看得出經過培訓。值夜班和早班的大叔也很親切友善，是一位可以讓酒店加分的好員工。

因為鄧紫棋的演唱會，本來是想訂在合肥奧體中心，結果房價水漲船高。改訂了四牌樓的全季，客服小美女服務超級好。環境也很不錯，最主要交通方便，出門不多遠就是城隍廟，城隍廟對面的六必居的麪條很好吃，邊上的芙蓉蛋卷也相當靈個。還有還有海英的拌涼皮。離地鐵站也就幾分鐘。因為演唱會，地鐵還延時了，合肥太給力了。

房間很大，設施也很完備，住宿體驗好，房間朝南下午太陽超級好房間很暖和都不用開空調，打掃人員還幫我把扔了一床的衣服收了一下，住宿體驗很好！

住過這麼多家全季 第一次聽説還有半窗房 隔音很差 樓道別人走路都聽得見 洗手枱像是壞了 看着蠻不雅觀 入住當晚的客服態度不怎麼好 建議加強下培訓

酒店位置很好，到李鴻章故居、淮海路步行街、逍遙津公園都在步行可達範圍之內，很方便，還免費幫我們升級了房間，看到同行有小朋友還準備了小童專用的拖鞋和牙刷，服務熱情。
唯獨有一點，酒店空調製冷不給力，打18度居然晚上睡覺被熱醒了兩回，前台解釋説是市政統一供冷剛開始，效果不是很好，好吧，不太能理解供冷為什麼也要市政統一。除此之外其他都很好，如果有機會再去合肥會考慮再次入住。
