Sheraton is getting old… a renovation would be highly appreciated . Also stuff don’t speak a single English word… which for international hotel chain is an embarrassment

Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

帶孩子來合肥遊玩，酒店大堂旁邊就是西餐廳和大堂吧，嘗試了大堂吧的下午茶，水果小吃都很新鮮，甜品也很好吃，房間裏面很衞生，裝修就是喜來登一慣的風格，帶了小朋友也會有小童洗漱用品提供。早餐種類多樣，味道也不錯

酒店的日料店和中餐廳非常棒！
****************服務經理很熱情，幫忙預訂用餐包間；因為航班晚點，也幫手延遲到15點退房；離店過程中，手機充電器忘記在了房間，也是第一時間聯繫，並快遞給我！

房間乾淨整潔，雙床很大床很舒服，環境安靜交通便利。早餐品種非常豐富，真材實料，比其他五星酒店好！推薦合肥住宿首選。

雖然有點老了，綜合看還不錯，行政酒廊算是合肥萬豪系比較高端的。另外洗浴出水質量很不錯，服務也都比較到位吧。

早餐很豐盛，西式中式應有盡有，紅茶也很香
房間寬敞明亮無異味，空調給力，室外下着冰呢室內也是熱烘烘的
