Our experience at this hotel was initially disappointing due to seemingly oblivious staff who assigned us to a room with used beddings that showed clear signs of previous occupancy, along with a room that had a foul odor, oily surfaces, and grimy handles. Thankfully, they promptly moved us to a different room upon request, which was a much more pleasant experience.

The location is quite fine, right opposite of the High Tech Park, not too far from two subway lines. Also if you order takeout food, there’s enough to choose from in the area. The food was sent up via robot, which was convenient.
The reception desk spoke no word English, which is ok for me, but maybe not for other guests.
The rooms are not the newest, however, clean and there’s nothing negative to say.
The gym picture however: please don’t be fooled. The „gym“ is on the common floor in front of a conference room. It was freezing cold, and again, it’s not even a separate space. It’s not a gym and it shouldn’t even be mentioned here in the hotel description.

Staffs are very friendly. There's a new mall close to the hotel. I love the set up of the room and the bed is very comfortable. First floor is small but I like the arrangement, kinda relaxing when I am having my breakfast.

The location is not so nice, but service is excellent and rooms are much more modern, chic and comfortable than other holiday inns in the city. Staff are well trained and experienced

酒店地理位置優越，周邊配套設施完善，靠近銀泰，Outlets，大蜀山，蜀西湖，出行遊玩或商務活動都非常便利。前台接待人員Lin態度親切、專業高效，辦理入住手續過程快捷順利，房間內設施齊全，乾淨衞生，總體來説是比較滿意的一次入住體驗。
