Hotels in Harbin Railway West Station/ Wanda Plaza, Harbin

De locatie was boven een groot winkelcentrum met omringend nachtleven. Het Wandaplein, het Meteo Station en het westelijke treinstation liggen allemaal op loopafstand. De service was erg behulpzaam, vriendelijk en vooral professioneel. Er was ook een welkomssnack voorzien. Het ontbijt was Chinees, het eten varieerde elke dag. Het was aangenaam. Een paar dingen waren echter oud en versleten. Dit gaf de kamer de indruk van voormalige luxe. Alles, inclusief de liften, was echter erg schoon. Over het algemeen een aangenaam verblijf.

Холл отеля производит отличное впечатление: он чистый и опрятный, создаёт приятное первое впечатление и настраивает на комфортный отдых. Номер также оказался на высоте — безупречно чистый, с продуманной вентиляцией. Особенно порадовало наличие окон: если вдруг почувствуете, что не хватает свежего воздуха, всегда можно проветрить помещение. Это действительно удобно и важно для качественного отдыха. Расположение отеля — ещё один весомый плюс. В шаговой доступности множество магазинов и заведений, где можно вкусно поесть. Не нужно тратить время на долгие поездки — всё необходимое рядом. В целом, отель отлично сочетает в себе: -чистоту и порядок; -функциональность и удобство; -выгодное расположение. Однозначно рекомендую этот отель тем, кто ищет комфортное размещение за разумные деньги. Здесь вы получите всё необходимое для приятного пребывания без переплат!

Everything was good right until the last night… we put in our clothes in the machine to dry coz it was still wet . (They have only one machine). We set a timer for 2 hours and we came down 5 mins earlier. Their staff took out our clothes and put in other clothes saying the customer is in a rush. Our clothes were still sloppy wet which means the machine barely ran for 10 mins before they took out our clothes. It was our last night and we need to pack our luggage. We waited another 10 mins and put in our clothes to dry again after communicating with the staff. We timed 2 hours again. The best part was 2 hours later at 1am, the machine was still running with 2 hours left and the 5 bags of dirty laundry that I saw 2 hours ago is now 3 bags. I had to get the staff to help me manually stop the machine coz it cannot be unlocked if the time is not up. My clothes were still wet, same as per 2 hours ago. I was too tired and speechless with their behaviour to continue this nonsense. I had to wake up 3 hours earlier just to blow dry my clothes so that I can pack them into my luggage. Very bad experience!

the hotel was great value for the price and has a few excellent points. Location is easy to get to the airport and ok for the winter attractions. Rooms are nice, though are showing their age. The facilities (gym/pool) we decided to avoid; they don't offer the resort or relaxation of other five star hotels. Food was consistently good and the club lounge is easily one of the best decors I've found. The service was consistently good from checkin especially. I would stay here again if Im in Harbin, but I would stress that I have allergies to try and get a real smoke-free room (our bathroom....)

Dit hotel biedt een relatief goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding in het commerciële district Harbin West. De kamer was warm, zelfs zonder airconditioning, en er waren geen onaangename geurtjes. Het beddengoed was comfortabel. De badkamer had een aparte douche en toilet. Het ontbijt was inbegrepen en de zitplaatsen bij het raam boden een prachtig uitzicht. Er waren zowel Chinese als westerse gerechten beschikbaar, maar de kamers waren niet erg warm; het was een beetje fris wanneer je oudere gasten mee uit nam. Ik raad aan om de voedselcontainers af te dekken om ze warm te houden. Er zijn veel restaurants in de buurt, vooral in de buurt van Wanda Plaza, en het openbaar vervoer is goed geregeld.

Great location with two major shopping malls with many food vendors, 5 mins to tran station. The manager is very helpful made our trip so easy, of course the room is nicest in this area for its value. Definitely will be back, we had a wonderful stay.

I wouldn't say it is easy to find since there isn't any sign of the hotel. I was sent there with didi and couldn't find any and went inside hotel there and found the place at level 20. I think they manage level 20 only. The room was clean and service was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location just across wanda shopping mall, huge mall with a lot of foods at basement level. Best if they could have better sign outside, it would be easier for people to find the place in the cold weather. I would recommend to stay here though, cozy room and great service. 24 hours convenience store just below the hotel and food street just beside.

The walls were very thin, you could hear everything from the next room. Didn't get the WiFi and the signal inside the room was almost none. The room was comfortable, the AC worked well.

This is very good little hotel, a bit pricey at some time. Very convenient location, lots of shoppings and eateries around. Staffs are excellent, breakfast too, free milled coffee, free supper meals, laundry room, are all fantastic, nothing to complain in short
