Loved everything about this place. We came for a two night staycation and it was a fabulous get away from the city. The grounds are fantastic - there are peacocks, black swans, huge koi, a natural lake, two swimming pools (one outside particularly impressive), kids playground, indoor children’s room for little children, well equipped gym. The room was really spacious with large swivel tv, Marshall Blu tooth speaker, nespresso machine and Artelier Cologne shower gel/shampoo/body lotion/conditioner and soap. The breakfast room has lovely comfy sofas as well as tables. Breakfast was good and we spent a long time in the mornings just enjoying a long leisurely breakfast looking out at the garden. The attention to detail was superb, little extra goodies and just a general feeling that it was a cared—about place. Service was great, friendly and helpful but equally un-intrusive. This was such a nice experience as I’ve previously booked weekends away in China at big brand hotels and been really disappointed so I was apprehensive. Rose Garden Resort did not disappoint, we felt it was like being in a European boutique style hotel. It was so refreshing. We were here when it was wet and cold and we still enjoyed it - relaxing with books and at the indoor pool. We popped out into Hangzhou for dinner using DiDi which was easy enough. Highly recommended, we will be back again!

During the last two days of my trip to Hangzhou, I was attracted by the hotel’s promotional photos and stayed at Yunzhongjing Hotel Q. Drive to the parking lot of the scenic spot, where a courtesy car is waiting; as the courtesy car drives up, the winding path, with lush forests and bamboos on both sides, and towering cloud trees, makes you feel like a fairyland. The hotel is based on black and white, Hui style tones; the restaurant, the Republic of China Courtyard, is of excellent quality, except for the large portion, which may not be good for one person. Breakfast and afternoon tea are both served in Muqi Hall. Breakfast is divided into Chinese and Western styles. You can choose it in advance and it will be prepared the next day. The small cakes for afternoon tea are also pretty good. It rained for two days and I almost didn't go out. The hotel is located in the Yunqi Bamboo Trail Scenic Area. It's a quiet path and I feel relaxed and happy even after taking two steps. On the way up and down the mountain, I can remember the sense of freedom of wandering in the bamboo forest for a long time.

Some of the best service that I have received in China! I highly recommend this hotel. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived by Samuel at the front desk. All staff have been trained impeccably. Even the house keeper said 'Sorry to disturb you' in the most beautiful English. As a member of the Marriott group, I usually stay in their hotels, but I have to say, these are the best trained staff that I have experienced in China. Adam, the food and beverage manager walked me through the hotel and was incredibly accommodating. The room was beautiful, the facilities are excellent and you can't fault the location if you are looking for tranquillity amongst the hill of Hangzhou. I will be recommending to all my friends.

這個季節過來有點冷，但周圍茶園還是綠葱葱的，跟我們北方的冬天完全不一樣，朋友説天青色等煙雨可能衹有在江南才能感受到吧。不過房間裏還是挺暖和的，中央空調暖氣很足，床品也挺舒服的。阿姨準備的早餐雖然不能跟五星級酒店比，但也蠻好吃的，我尤其喜歡燒麥。逛回來下午剛好碰到老闆也在，還請我們喝了龍井茶，感覺特別好！

先說位置，如果是專門去九溪徒步和玩水，那這個民宿非常好，就在九溪公交站附近，有收費停車一天30，非標安靜。民宿不大，但是有飄窗的房間很大很舒服，設施完善，空調壁暖都有，洗澡水很大，床墊屬於硬的。服務很好，親切又周到，驅蚊水，碘酒，牙線都是自取自用。唯一缺點，因為花灑的水太大，容易漫過隔離玻璃到馬桶的區域。附近有菜場，可以買水果和早飯，晚飯我們到景區的飯店吃的，也不算貴，要注意營業時間。哦，還有一個缺點，外賣很慢。

同事之前推薦的這家酒店，就帶着家人和孩子一塊來體驗了，離杭州站比較近，坐公交車打車都很方便，環境很好，很安靜，適合度假，真的是森林大氧吧，來的第二天清晨微微細雨，空氣清新，真的是給肺洗了個澡，閑的時候可以沿着九溪路遛彎，酒店前台的帥哥美女服務態度很好，辦理入住便利快捷，還有人帶領至客房，一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋需要電話至前台，很快就送到房間啦，衞生每天都會打掃，房間乾淨整潔，大堂一樓的樓外樓環境和味道也不錯，早餐樣式多樣，還有葱包燴很好吃，剛到的那天中午碰到剛送來的筍殼魚，清蒸味道鮮美極了，還有西湖牛肉羹，嫩滑豆腐，醬肉青蒜臘肉……名字記不清楚了，反正覺得味道都不錯，這裏也是東方航空療休養的酒店，值得來這裏度假。
