We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were flawlessly polite and helpful, and the majority spoke English well. We were given a free upgrade upon arrival, and the room was spectacular. Everything was spotless, and the bath and shower was wonderful. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the panoramic windows was great. It's a little bit out of the way from the bustle of the city, but it was nice to stay somewhere quieter. The buffet had so many great options and staff were always on hand to provide drinks or to help out. We'd love to stay here again!

I fell in love with this hotel from the moment I clicked on the picture... He almost satisfied all my imaginations! It is worth noting that the hotel is located in the tea field next to the path, and there are four courtyards in total, each of which is surrounded by towering ancient trees. Time freezes there... (everything you can see in the minibar is provided for free) As for the daily necessities of the hotel, I took a look at it. Bulgari’s full set of accessories, Dyson’s hair dryer, and a big-name stereo. Because I’m not a digital controller, I can only say that there are many big-name brands. Haha. correct! Be sure to go to the hotel’s supporting restaurant, which is also in the valley. It’s called ”Xipan Nineteen”. I searched and it’s probably a French dish. Some of the best service that I have received in China! I highly recommend this hotel. I was made to feel welcome as soon as I arrived by Samuel at the front desk. All staff have been trained impeccably. Even the house keeper said 'Sorry to disturb you' in the most beautiful English. As a member of the Marriott group, I usually stay in their hotels, but I have to say, these are the best trained staff that I have experienced in China. Adam, the food and beverage manager walked me through the hotel and was incredibly accommodating. The room was beautiful, the facilities are excellent and you can't fault the location if you are looking for tranquillity amongst the hill of Hangzhou. I will be recommending to all my friends.

The room has a great river view. The buffet breakfast is Chinese style. It’s very nice. Rich, the laundry room has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. We also upgraded the room type and gave fruits. Sure enough, Kaiyuan's products must be high-quality. It is next to the shopping mall and convenient for eating. 同事之前推薦的這家酒店，就帶着家人和孩子一塊來體驗了，離杭州站比較近，坐公交車打車都很方便，環境很好，很安靜，適合度假，真的是森林大氧吧，來的第二天清晨微微細雨，空氣清新，真的是給肺洗了個澡，閑的時候可以沿着九溪路遛彎，酒店前台的帥哥美女服務態度很好，辦理入住便利快捷，還有人帶領至客房，一次性洗漱用品和拖鞋需要電話至前台，很快就送到房間啦，衞生每天都會打掃，房間乾淨整潔，大堂一樓的樓外樓環境和味道也不錯，早餐樣式多樣，還有葱包燴很好吃，剛到的那天中午碰到剛送來的筍殼魚，清蒸味道鮮美極了，還有西湖牛肉羹，嫩滑豆腐，醬肉青蒜臘肉……名字記不清楚了，反正覺得味道都不錯，這裏也是東方航空療休養的酒店，值得來這裏度假。

Stayed here initially for one night but extended our stay due to convienient location, lovely room and laid back atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and did everything to help us despite our Chinese not being great. We stayed in a room on the second floor with a large balcony and windows overlooking the mountains. Eventhough the area gets packed with tourists during the day, there are plenty of side paths you can take and hike to enjoy the peace and quiet of the nature and stunning views.
