"Het hotel is in een kleine stad, er is een grote tuin aan de kant, geschikt als een rustplaats voor de reis, maar het receptiestation is vroeg om te vertrekken. Als u laat komt, moet u de receptie bellen om de kamer en de kamer te vragen."

"We maakten een laatste minuut boeking en kwamen rond 9 uur. Hoewel de receptie op die tijd niet open was, was alles al geregeld onze sleutel was klaar en wachtte, en we konden direct naar de kamer gaan zonder enige vertraging bij de check-in. De gastheer was welkom en efficiënt, en het hele proces was soepel. De kamer zelf was eenvoudig maar zeer schoon en comfortabel, met alles wat we nodig hadden voor een goede nacht rust. Het verhit bed was een mooie aanraking op een koele avond, en de douche had sterke druk en consistent warm water zeker waardeerden na een lange dag op de weg. Een paar dingen om te noteren: de receptie werkt niet overnachtig, dus als je laat bent, is het beste om vooraf te coördineren. Ook, terwijl het motel naam is na de native bandicoot, we hebben niet officieel een , maar we zagen iets schutters over het dak!"

"The way this motel has handled our situation is absolutely unacceptable. Yes, we booked a non-refundable room we are aware of that. But we reached out over a week in advance to explain that we cannot attend because we have urgent medical appointments. This isn’t a casual change of plans. This is genuine, unavoidable, and important. Instead of showing even a shred of understanding, all they offered was 50% as a credit that must be used within 3 months. That is completely useless to us. We cannot travel there within that time. It’s not a refund it’s just forcing us to spend more money later, and it helps them, not us. It feels like they’re hiding behind policy instead of acting like actual humans. Policies should not override compassion, especially when guests are dealing with medical issues. Most decent businesses would make an exception under these circumstances, but not this one. They clearly care far more about squeezing every dollar out of people than doing what’s right. The whole experience has been cold, unhelpful, and unbelievably frustrating. We will never stay here again, and we’ll be warning others to avoid this place if they expect fairness, flexibility, and basic empathy."

"What a lovely motel in a great central location. The room was spacious, immaculately clean and the bed was amazing. Wish I could take this room to every basketball tournament we attend! Thankyou for having us."

"greta place to stay, its actually clean, you know how most places dont clean behind open doors, this place does. easy walk to town & just right for the weary traveler. The guy at reception was very friendly & gave me a map of the good places for dinner. Even had some fresh milk for me (I dont like those UHT's)"

"The room was very good. All rooms are on the same floor. I got a free upgrade. The facilities are very new. There is a microwave in the room. The air conditioner is not noisy and works well. The bed can be moved. The location is good and easy to find. It is next to the lake. Recommended. It will be a bit dark at night. You can see the stars when you look up when you go out."

"A very disappointing experience considering the top dollars we paid for what we were told were their premium powered sites along the river which turned out to be a rainwater runoff and close to the lake - which was a walk across the busy highway. No t.v. Reception (you could borrow an antenna cable for a $50 bond) but how would you connect it to your tv without leaving the door or windows open. Wifi was non existent. Only 2 showers and they had mouldy walls being painted over and over with the exhaust fan so dirty it looked like it had never been cleaned. Apart from 3 toilets in the shower room , there were two toilets installed closer to the campsites, however they had no exhaust or airing capacity. All washing machines were using cold water only and the drawer for the laundry powder was absolutel Filthy."
