山之茶屋住了三晚，是我來日本最喜歡的酒店.裝修是那種懷舊的傳統日式風格.門外小橋流水，隨處可見的各式各樣的風鈴🎐，古香古色的日式推拉門.工作人員全部穿和服接待客人.濃濃的日式風格. 房間裏面是榻榻米風格.帶私湯.簡單乾淨衞生，明亮寬敞舒適.白天席地而坐，喝一杯清茶，泡泡温泉.身心無比放鬆.趕走一天的旅途疲憊. 晚上在房間裏面品嚐一頓精緻無比的懷石料理.獲得飽腹感的同時，滿足了我對日料所有期望.精緻美味！日式的米其林名不虛傳. 酒店專門為每間房配備的私人管家.入住開始，會帶領你熟悉酒店環境，介紹房間設施，為你準備早晚餐.鋪床疊被.準備壽司🍣夜宵.下午回來，沏茶倒水，送上小點心.服務細緻入微.賓至如歸的感覺. 純正周到的日式管家服務，米其林級別的頂級懷石料理，舒適安靜的環境氛圍，配上衹屬於你的私湯温泉，近乎完美的入住體驗. 但是還有兩點建議要説. 1：希望酒店安排專車，從火車站接送客人，這是必不可少的服務.既然定位高端，針對的也是高質量人羣.必須把細節做到位.第一天我們拉箱子到酒店.感覺就很差.需要專車接送服務.收費免費都可以. 2: 房間空間有噪音，影響休息.需要改進.

Yama No Chaya has its own beauty and serenity. I personally don’t find it hard to locate - 2 bus stops away from Hakone Yumoto station + a 5 minutes walk are worth the stay. (Bus service stopped for one of the days due to bad weather and we walked for 20 minutes to Hakone Yumoto Station - all good) The team is very hospitable - they also have some English and Chinese speaking staff otherwise simple English is not an issue to communicate. Our butler - Sandip always carry a smile with him, and he ensured we are very well taken care of. Every morning, the team will prepare heat pack and umbrellas for us (it was raining and snowing). In the evening, they made tea and prepared snacks (vary from mochi to sushi) for us upon our returned. The room we booked is Yamano Ichigo (main wing) - just nice for 2. The viewing platform was where we relaxed every evening and we soaked our tiredness away in our very own private onsen at the basement. Despite of having our own private onsen, I still went to visit 3 other public onsen within the Ryokan - you will not be disappointed. Our room came with daily breakfast and we added on dinner for 1 night. I must say the chef and culinary team put in their passion and effort to prepare all the dishes. It’s not common for a visitor like me to taste Kaisekai cuisine which I enjoyed very much. You need to take time and an empty stomach to full experience it :) However, my partner and I weren’t used to heavy breakfast and our butler noticed it - we get to change to western style for the rest of the stay which was equally delicious. We are thankful that we minimised food wastage. Overall, we felt pampered during our stay at Yama no Chaya :) I will return again in the future when I visit Hakone.

訂的山之莓，房間自帶一個私湯，另外公用温泉也在晚上一個時間段可以預訂做私湯。酒店在一個吊橋的另一側，過了吊橋兩邊有來回的公交車站可以到湯本、強羅和海盜船的元箱根站，從一條岔路往山上走一點就是登山火車的塔之澤站。服務非常到位，有會中文和英文的女將。

感受了一把日式的一泊二食，酒店很便利，離箱根湯本站坐三站公交，走大概一百米，經過一座吊橋就到了。酒店的服務也非常的好，我和他們説對於第二天箱根去河口湖的路程不清楚，他馬上幫我做了攻略，包括公共交通如何換乘的每一步，公共交通的時間表打印羅列出來，同時提供瞭如果使用出租車的價格預估。考慮再三我還是選了出租車，酒店超貼心幫我預約了出租車後，把我們的行李全部送上車又把我們送上了車。 關於酒店內的服務，房間裏的私湯不用説了非常舒服，酒店還提供好幾個公共風呂，其中的一個還可以預約獨自使用，我幫爸媽預約了一個讓他倆去好好享受一番。晚餐和早餐的懷石料理也是超級好的服務，吃的也非常好，一道一道讓我們都眼花繚亂，吃的爸媽一直稱讚，對於小童也非常友好，兒子也説很喜歡。總之對我來説是除了價格一切都完美的地方，下次還會再去

Wonderful experience in this quite and pretty ryokan

非常棒的一次純日式體驗，早晚的懷石料理也是吃了一個多小時哈哈哈，尤其是晚餐，十道料理吃到最後和服務的小哥哥説enough哈哈。有私湯的房間真的很棒哦，睡得也很好，非常安靜，適合帶家人一起來體驗一次～出門不遠處，步行兩三分鐘就到巴士站，交通也算方便的

Отличный Онсен, расположен чуть в стороне от дороги, что с одной стороны хорошо, с другой - сложно понимать багаж в гору если вы приехали на автобусе/поезде. В отеле 16 номеров и 4 общественных ванных, одна из которых приметная по записи. Есть 8 лотов записи. Мы приехали ближе к заселению и 1/2 слотов уже была занята( Номера чистые, мебель очень удобна. Обслуживание просто супер, нас на сл день довезли до станции поезда, так как были на золотой неделе и такси заказать было крайне сложно. На ужен в мае было 9 перемен блюд и все очень понравились. После ужина команда отеля убирает мебель и стелить футоны для сна. Какие одеяла, просто божественные. Шум реки из окна и сон великолепен. Настоятельно рекомендуем вам это место. Stunning ryokan with world class service. If you are lucky enough to be able to visit, I could not recommend it highly enough. I was brought to tears from the hospitality and care that was exhibited throughout every experience. During check-in, we were able to reserve a private time slot for one of the baths. The onsen left our skin so soft! If you’re not familiar with ryokan and onsen, I’d recommend watching some videos to brush up on some basics. The staff does a wonderful job guiding you regardless. Take a taxi from Odawara Station if you’re not driving in with your own car. Getting dropped off by the bus on a winding mountain road was scary! The staff at Yama-no-Chaya thoughtfully helped arrange our taxi before we checked out. Thank you to Takeshi and the Yama no Chaya staff for taking such good care of us. We hope to stay again!
