"It's about a ten-minute walk from the coast. The housekeeping staff was amazing, with a really strong sense of service. I don't know her name, but kudos to them! We stayed on the 26th floor with a fantastic view. Breakfast was on the first floor and very plentiful. We got up around 4 AM to watch the sunrise over Haiyan. Yu Hua's recommendation was excellent. The sunrise was like a salted egg yolk—overall, fantastic!"

"I was lucky enough to stay at a newly opened hotel at a discounted price. After sitting in the lobby for half an hour, the little girl at the front desk poured 3 glasses of water. The service was great! 🤟👍 In the evening, there is actually "late night porridge" to warm the heart and stomach! The ‘Local Breakfast’ has rich dishes, fresh fruits and snacks, and freshly cooked soy milk and tofu. The delicious food is the happiness of a foodie like me! The most surprising thing is the air runway on the roof of the hotel, where you can take a walk after a meal and eat in leisurely time."

"The service was very poor. There was only one toothbrush in the bathroom – what's the point? Are we supposed to share one? The conditioner was almost empty; we couldn't squeeze any out. There were only two pairs of disposable slippers in the room. Don't they have special shoes for showering? Are we supposed to shower barefoot? The bathroom floor was filthy; the hygiene was extremely poor. Even the sheets had black specks that could be easily wiped off. You could use a lint roller to remove the lint when you make the sheets; at least that would remove the dust and black specks. Didn't the staff notice when they cleaned? There were black specks on the toilet that we had to clean ourselves. The room's soundproofing was extremely poor; we could hear the child crying in the middle of the night, and in the morning, the child was running around outside the door, and people were talking loudly – we could hear them clearly. It's normal for hotels to be more expensive during holidays, but the service and hygiene were not worth it at all. I came here for a happy trip, but I encountered this hotel. This is my first negative review."
