"準確的説，應該稱作是一個酒店羣。整個酒店位於高山濕地之上，需要沿山路盤旋而上，雖路況良好，但坡度較大，仍要注意安全。到了山上以後，可以看出酒店因山設地而建，酒店的各個功能樓棟分佈在整個山林之中，由林地山澗分隔掩映，內部道路曲折相連。有承擔居住會議等功能的名校堂、名媛堂等，也有承擔運動中心功能的明星堂，承擔中西餐廳功能的民居、樓棟等等，還有動物園可供遊客參觀。整體環境非常自然可觀，是一個與大自然高度融為一體的園林式酒店。不足之處是酒店房間沒有可控式空調，號稱採用德國恆温系統，但效果差強人意，這兩天入住晚上濕熱難耐，酒店衹給提供了落地風扇勉強降温，説是空調扇已調用無餘，由此也可見這是顧客普遍反映的問題。"

"還酒店衞生服務這兩點做的不錯，但房間內部佈局有點亂，我們定的三樓的房間，但是他家沒有電梯，狗狗走樓梯不方便，老闆幫我們調到一樓的房間，非常暖和，但房間的鎖是用鑰匙打開的，沒有碰吸，出進都要鎖門不方便，周圍環境一般，老闆確實很熱情，點贊👍"

"We originally took our child to Zhuque Park for fun, but after hearing from nearby villagers that a hotel had opened there, we came out of curiosity. We were pleasantly surprised and found it quite nice. The butler service was excellent; someone helped us with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car, and after check-in, the butler took our luggage to our room. They were very thoughtful, even providing our child with slippers and a small toy, which our child loved. The next day, we did crafts with our child. We had an online meeting, and after the crafts session, the butler played with our child and watched over them until our meeting ended. The butler and child were really great. The restaurant was also delicious, serving Shaanxi cuisine, which suited our tastes perfectly. I highly recommend the fish; we wanted it spicy, but our child couldn't eat it, so the restaurant staff recommended two ways to prepare it. We just booked a random room for our first visit, but next time we plan to book a room on the second floor for a better view. We're thinking of not bringing our child next time! hhhhhh"

"This is a guesthouse operated like a hotel. Our group of four families stayed for two days, and here's our overall impression. First, it's at least a four-hour drive from Xi'an city, with tunnels and speed limits along the way. Of course, this has its pros and cons; because of the long and difficult roads, it's very quiet and uncrowded, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The guesthouse is located halfway up a mountain, offering beautiful scenery. There's a river right in front, with crystal-clear water and a very pleasant environment, which the children loved. The guesthouse has its own café, which is friendly to coffee lovers. The rooms are quite spacious, although some rooms have tiny hot spring baths, practically nonexistent. To be honest, the cleanliness is just average; the cleaning isn't particularly thorough, so those who are particular should bring their own bedding. Regarding service, the guesthouse's capacity is limited. While the receptionist and manager clearly tried their best, it wasn't enough to provide adequate service. Many amenities were expired, including most of the bottled water, as well as drinks and beer nearing their expiration date. This was a very poor experience, making it feel like guests were using up their supplies. Also, ordering food in the restaurant was extremely cumbersome! Hopefully, this can be improved."
