Bellevue Palace

The experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world. Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey. The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

A special Thanks to Aristotele for the valet parking of the hotel, he is always very kind and helpful. Furthermore we had an event and he managed to assist the arrival of the guests and the speakers, especially their needs to request taxi and directions

It was a wonderful dining experience in this restaurant, thanks to Aristotelis Tellos. He was incredibly friendly and attentive. Aristotelis greeted us warmly and provided outstanding service. I highly recommend dining there for a delightful experience.

Aristotelis Tellos is sooo nice, he helped us a lot and pretty warm heart. We really had a good time here. We would stay here again if we come here next year. And hope to see Mr. Tellos again. Thankyou～Aristotelis Tellos非常友善，他非常专业且热心，对我们提供了很大的帮助，如果明年我们还来伯尔尼，我们还会选择呆着这儿，因为硬件和软件都非常棒。

The Bellevue Palace Bern, in the middle of the city, is always worth a trip, be it for work or for vacation.

Beautiful grand hotel with excellent staff making your stay very memorable. We stayed one night, had a beautiful spacious room with great views of Bern. Breakfast was excellent, hotel is very central next to the Swiss parliament building. Excellent location to explore Old Town. We used the valet parking, highly recommended. Breakfast was excellent with great service and choices. Had a drink on the terrace bar, very relaxing. Receptionist offered us a free bottle of wine when we left, she meant water, that would have been the icing on the cake. Can not fault anything during our stay here.

This hotel is a true five-star with spotless service. The hotel is literally right next to the Federal Palace, seat of the Swiss government. The hotel is also right in the historical centre of Berne, a city that, being Swiss, I recommend especially to foreigners to visit. The hotel has a valet service but you can park at the ‘****** Parking’, which is next to the hotel. The staff is impeccable: from the receptionist to the lobby bar waiters everyone is always very smiling and willing to help with any request. A positive aspect of Berne, like Geneva, Is that hotel guests receive a voucher to use public transport. I had booked through Leading Hotel of the World and got an upgrade to a Deluxe room with a view of the river Aare. A simply fantastic room. Although renovated, the room, like the rest of the hotel, shows the legacies of the Belle Epoque days.The bed was very comfortable and I found for the first time in my life a pair of binoculars in the room...provided for viewing the Bernese Oberland Alps. The breakfast with excellent quality products and the possibility to order additional dishes alongside the buffet. Certainly, the hotel is not cheap but I found to be in Switzerland in such a location has a very reasonable price. Absolutely recommended!!!

Great Hotel in Bern. Centrally located, extraordinary staff. Felt welcomed frim the first to last minute of my 4 night stay. Great lobby bar for Gin enthusiasts. The views from the terrasse are spectacular. Nicely furbished and updated room.
