No english speaking staff, not even at the reception
No MasterCard or VISA-Card possible to use
Toilets in public area in the lobby a total desaster..see picture
No proper room cleaning, just exchanged towels…
Not good service at breakfast, running out of silverware, too crowded, very slow cleaning of tables to free up space
—＞ not worth the money spent!!! What kind of reimbursement can be offered to us? We are Platinum Memnber at trip.com…!!!

Hotel is cleaned, easy accessible (walking distance) to Sun Moon Tower, elephant trunk hill. Hotel offers good varieties of breakfast. Reception concierge is helpful and friendly.

Location is superb ! Walking street, Sun Moon pagoda, elephant trunk hill are all witjin walking distance.
Hotel also provides self service laundry, detergent are all provided foc. Service staff even help to unload my laundry from wash to dry machine, and fold up my clothings and put in basket while i am asleep.
Buffet breakfast is good !
Steongly recommended.

Great location in the middle of the night street and very close to pagodas. But not noisy in the room. Buffet breakfast is good too.

Super location, walking distance to all tourist sites like Elephant Mountain, and cafes , restaurants, etc.
Front staff MsLin Ran, graciously accepts our complimentary breakfast request. Other front staffs are also very helpful in providing information on getting around the places.
Breakfast was simple but well spread with choices. Coffee allow to take away.
Room was spacious and very clean.

Loved this hotel. It looked newly renovated so everything in the room was in great condition! Very worth the price we paid :) Location is great too, it's on the pedestrian street itself with plenty of food options nearby, and within walking distance to the twin pagodas and Elephant Trunk Mountain park. My family was very happy staying here. Service was quick and efficient too.
Our first time at an Atour hotel and we will definitely consider staying at other Atour hotels in future.
