Het hotel is erg nieuw, de faciliteiten zijn erg goed, maar het verblijf is niet populair

clean ✅ breakfast ✅ amenities✅ Overall the hotel was good. It was very clean which was something that's important in a hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was good too with local food and some western choices. Unfortunately their restaurant was closed and they only offer snacks at their coffee bar. The pool and gym was still closed, hope they can re.open sooner. I asked for extra coffee cream and water and they gave it without any charge. I got the room upgrade and late check out from Trip.com membership. It was interesting because we were having a late night flight and we were hoping to stay a bit. During the first day I was told to check out at 2pm but the following day I was told the latest is 4pm. I didn't have a good time when we checked in. We didn't fell the warmth that we normally enjoyed in previous accomodations. We were also left to carry our bags to our room. The staff the following day were more accomodating. We were allowed to order takeaway food but I have to pick it up from downstairs.

性價比超高的一家五星級酒店，環境衞生乾淨整潔，大堂寬敞明亮，前台服務熱情周到，房間寬敞明亮，設備齊全，現代智能。早餐品種豐富多彩，滿足不同口味需求，太值得入住了。

雖然距離市中心選些，但酒店馬路斜對面就是吾悦廣場，吃飯很方便，再説一下酒店體驗感滿滿，首先是恆温泳池，訂酒店時打電話問了泳池開放，辦完入住，帶孩子換好泳衣就去泳池了，新開的酒店就是不一樣，水清澈，環境好，水温合適，還有沖浪池，水熱，很舒服。房間寬敞明亮，當天晚上又續住一晚，早餐也很好吃。家庭出遊值得推薦。

住了無數次酒店，從未見過這麼差的：1、服務極差。2、早餐太差，菜需要自己動手煮，主食衹有米粉，橙計搞不清是在水中加橙汁還是橙汁中加水。3、馬桶蓋是壞的不能用。4、香皂500%是假的，比石頭還硬。5、我預存有按金，早餐還必須另付錢，生怕欠下他們一分錢。6、房間冰箱比臉還乾淨。7、餐廳、大堂連個意見簿都沒有，有意見都不允許提。8,柚子連皮都不剝，而且都已幹吧了。

酒店位置優越，在吾悦廣場旁邊，吃飯購物很方便。服務員熱情，服務好，我睡眠比較差，酒店還免費升級房間。早餐豐富。酒店乾淨衞生，很滿意的一次入住。四星價格五星入住。

首先我對酒店的游泳池很滿意，表現在服務、管理、設施和衞生。在這裏游泳是一種享受。早餐雖然談不上很好，但也説得過去，打4星，房間打5星，沒完全按照5星標準服務，打3分。

首先是停車方便，車位充足，，地下車庫有3部電梯直接上大堂和各樓層，酒店房間乾淨整潔，無異味，洗澡水很猛，熱水充足，即開即有，早餐算不上豐富但也可以了，大堂接待人員有禮貌，值得再來。
