服務很好！而且交通特別方便，日月雙塔和象鼻山都可以步行去，周邊吃的也好吃！春節而且景區周邊，這個價格性價比很高。
熱水比較燙，房間也有配備乾衣機。前台準備的東西也比較好。唯一的缺點就是沒有電梯，好在樓層不高，前台的小哥也會幫忙搬行李，所以不是太影響，整體體驗非常好

衞生間洗澡的拖鞋，比我外面穿的都臟，老闆秉承着學習雷鋒新三年舊三年的優良作風，但是也得縫一下那個浴巾再給客人用吧

保潔阿姨很負責，每天打掃衞生很乾凈，房間裏有個乾衣機一晚上就幹了，如果有長者的話建議住一樓，沒電梯

前台的帥哥，小姐姐都非常的熱情，本來我們定的是雙人間，知道我們是三個大人帶個小孩，説可能床有點小，主動幫我們免費升級親子房，這一點非常的感謝，。因我爸人不舒服，下午兩點半，才能去醫學院，和前台打了電話延期到兩點退房，都同意了，再次表達由衷的感謝。
説實話，我們是桂林本地人，雖然沒住在市區，但是市區的一些大酒店基本住過，感覺服務還沒這麼好，酒店雖沒有電梯，但是就三層樓而已，需不需要都無所謂，酒店設施齊全，床單被罩都是新換的，還有一次性馬桶套，停車還免費。在附近還能找到這樣的酒店，確實讓我有點意外，以後也不用去找酒店，就你們家了。

酒店位置跟東西巷壓根就不沾邊😡😡😡位置很偏離好吃的好玩的很遠，並沒有在東西巷附近離十字街也遠，衞生也不好其他的就不説了鋪好的床鋪居然還有頭髮懷疑根本沒換

鬧中取靜，騎共享摩託去象鼻山、東西巷、正陽街很快，走路也可以到，附近的田源米粉不錯，米粉旁邊的生煎包也不錯👍

酒店位置真的很好找！離景區特別近！旁邊還有一些打卡的飯店！很方便！酒店的前台人也很好，因為當天太早去，外面又冷，衹能在大廳等待，前台小哥哥知道了還幫我們辦理了提前入住，特別感謝！！

第一次住帶樓梯的房間，還蠻新奇的，不過是真的不方便哈哈，以後不會再試了。
總體還不錯吧。除了沒有電梯以外，其他的還行。
