這家酒店的體驗非常出色。從入住開始，前台服務人員的熱情和專業就讓人印象深刻。房間寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡潔而優雅，床鋪舒適，讓人能夠得到充分的休息。酒店的設施齊全，健身房還可以打乒乓球，打麻將，還有洗衣機可以免費讓客人洗衣服。真心覺得不錯。餐廳的美食品質出色，品種有很多。最重要的是，酒店的衞生狀況非常好，讓人住得安心。總的來説，這家酒店無論從服務、環境、設施還是衞生方面，都值得我給出滿分的好評。

春節期間這樣的價格很良心，
前台很熱情，辦理入住的時候送了好多小糖果給孩子。
早餐我們家兩大兩小，大寶身高超過120，沒有額外收費，很暖心，餐品數量還不錯，有特色桂林米粉和油茶，滿足了我想品嚐油茶的願望。
房間很大入住的時候，房間服務員阿姨熱情問需不需要多幾條浴巾，有沒有其他需要
開窗即景，能看見塔
停車免費，重點贊停車場的大哥，特別特別熱情，給了好多本地人的遊玩攻略，太太太讚了

硬件服務:環境優美，設施齊全，床軟硬合適，有冰箱有保險櫃，有浴袍。房間安靜隔音。
軟件系統:這也是我最看重的。服務態度那是相當的好。
1、服務員會主動微笑，保持微笑服務。
2、會在客人到酒店前把房間空調温度設定合適。
3、主動送晚安粥。
4、物品遺失會主動聯繫客人並郵寄。

酒店地理位置優越、前台小姐姐服務意識很強，走進大廳會主動問好，而且笑容很燦爛，説話聲音很温柔，很有禮貌，又很有耐心，還主動幫忙提行李到電梯口！感覺特別暖心，房間乾淨衞生，舒適度高，感受讓人舒心！前台很貼心做了周邊美食的攻略 還告訴我們那裡景點是值得去打卡的！會很貼心的和我們説怎麼去比較方便啊什麼時間段去啊等等態度非常好！讓人想不到的是房間裏還配有小冰箱和保險櫃！早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高！去品嚐了桂林米粉 2兩才5塊錢 性價比太棒了 夜遊了兩江四湖 景色很漂亮 [耶][耶]值得推薦的一家性價比非常高的酒店！點贊👍👍

酒店的裝修非常漂亮，大堂寬敞明亮，前台小單，小李服務態度很好，非常熱情。晚上還有免費贈送的晚安粥，非常的貼心。房間乾淨衞生，床墊很軟。晚上睡的非常好，晚上很安靜，酒店地理位置好，開車過來停車方便。離桂林熱門景區都很近，非常滿意。
